Wish i had read the reviews here first, wish i could give 0. Spent money then they closed my account and did not give promotion offers. They have since given me £12 which is 5% of what i spent. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! AVOID THEM.

Never play with these casinos, they are scams.

Zero star if able too but can't. Please dont waste your time with this company or app as they are not worth it. They are a gambling company that punishes you for gambling. There 100's of other companies that you can spend your time with that will welcome and appreciate you.

All ok tbh had some quick withdrawal within seconds but I silly switched back it has been lil bit of a hassle but not too much 2 days then withdrawal landed bad reviews on here may be bad but I’ve had some decent wins from here already 3* could be more games to play from etc but

Worst site ever £10 deposited new customer aswell won about 33p..
And didn't get the free spins credited aswell.. avoid at all cost

Ive Same experience as another review I seen about this site. I looked at reviews on here and thought not another site that messes people about as I've came across a brave load I made a small deposit off 10 pound to get the free sports bet 25 spins and 20 tote id made an error doing this as I'd just done 2 five pound bets and you have to place one ten pound bet to get welcome offer saying that I won 65 off my bet so withdrew 50 and kept 15 then waited to see if I'd get paid out with few mins the money was in my bank so all was good . I then used the 15 as 5 on slots an 10 on a bet I phoned them up and ask about the welcome off then explained to me that I didn't do a ten pound bet as my first bet which is required for the bonus but as I was only new they still give me this as a god will gesture didn't have much luck with it as bets lost but with the 25 free spins I won 44 pound which to my surprise went straight into my balance as cash so no wagering on the free spins so I decided to withdraw 30 off it to see if it was definitely no wager and with mins the 30 was in my bank so based on my experience so far I'd say all is good on here maybe the ones with bad reviews have had a bad experience but can't fault them as they have been 100% from what I've seen

Well damn after reading all these terrible reviews i honestly believed it was over. I deposited £10 and got the welcome offer £20 in tote credit and 50 free spins. I used them 50 free spins and won £47 i withdrawed that and instantly recieved it like i mean instantly took 3 seconda and it was in my bank. So i dont know whats going on but im giving it a good review

Worst betting site ever! First they mess with my early cash out then when I close my account to withdraw the £40 remaining on Tote they take the piss and drag their heels on purpose! It’s been over 8 working days from when I initially requested the withdrawal. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, furthermore they lack customer service and hung up on me multiple times-
I have raised a complaint but as you can you from other customers who faced the same issue that they don’t care at all. I’m supprised these lot are allowed to trade still! I have reported them to IBAS!

Absolutely don’t deposit to this con of a site I can see why they have 1 star biggest con site EVER! It’s shocking how they can get away with ripping people off and when you contact them they close your account.

I joined in September 2025 - received free bets promptly and any withdraws in my account within minutes. Absolutely no problems.

Good site but withdrawal is taking along time i normally get straight away or upto 2 hours but this one as taken 12 hours so far i messged live chat they said 1 to 5 days i will update my stsrs to 5 once i receive withdrawal hopfully today

Tote Windsor are absolute crooks they only paid my husband 5out of 6 wins returns in his bets!!
Also when I recieved my winnings they tried to shot change me as well stay away at all costs

Diabolical bookmaker.. please check out their betbuilder bets.. horrendous is am understatement.
This bookmaker has completely put me off betbuilders for life and I no longer do them albeit when I get the odd free bet for a betbuilder
There are no options to include corners, cards, match and team shots/shots on target.
The little you have to choose from borders on ridiculousness.
Today as I was looking to bet £2 on the supercup bet builder they suddenly remove over 0.5 and 1.5 player shots on target.
Has to be one of the worst betbuilder bookies out there

I am very pleased to advise that my complaint has been resolved in a timely fashion and monies credited to my account. I have no complaints now and accept that this has been handled professionally.

Having been impressed with this site originally I have had a very bad experience which has left me hugely disappointed by their lack of concern. I was playing Centurion slot machine yesterday evening and obtained a bonus which I won £130 on but the money never transferred to my account. I went on to their live chat which was not helpful and originally refused to register a complaint without me jumping through hoops. Their advisor did eventually back down on this but this is blatantly a tactic to dissuade a complaint being made and only exacerbated my frustration. So I have now been issued with a complaint reference and advised that they need to contact the company responsible for the game that I was playing but they cannot give me a timescale for resolution. I am extremely concerned that as my agreement is with Tote Bookmakers not a third party potentially nefarious games operator that Tote do not have full visibility as to what has happened themselves and feel that this is disappointing in the extreme. Ultimately the third party games operator are their sub-contractor and they should be taking full responsibility for any errors on their part. I am no doubt now going to be engaged in a protracted complaints process which is time that I do not have just to try and retrieve £130 that I am fully entitled to. Maybe I am being unduly harsh but the service that I received yesterday has done little to reassure me. I will update this review so that everybody can be aware of the outcome.

How are a company allowed to give winnings of 2p on a 10p spin , surely that's illegal, you shouldn't be 'winning' 2p on a 10p spin , you should at least get your stake back

Played spprox 1100 spins on one game...game acted differently to how im used to it to play.....anyway got 4 bonuses...paid 3x,5x,2x and 11x......on spins of 75p up to 1.75....so just signed up but not going back......why do casinos adjust their games to low rtp...surely if id have had more winners then id come back and play again and again...terrible Business model
