Quite ridiculous length of time for withdrawal, and the minimum you can withdraw is a tenner. So they can sit on your money for up to five days, and if you question it, they tell you to read the rules... Go elsewhere folks.

Joined site as doing offer Bet £5 get £20 free bets, betted £16, then I noticed not got free bets so when I search on their site within my account it said had to be a single bet of £5 not EW etc, Not very clear on the add, it said to deposit another £5 so Added another £5 and done single bet. still not got free bet, contacted cus care who said had to be first bet only and wasin T&Cs, advised it said about adding another £5, they not interested, closed accont and will never use again. their loss

Stay away from this site they are a bunch of crooks. The rejected a bet on Roulette after the ball had landed.

The customer support person called Karen refused to investigate and said she would escalate it and no one has ever contacted me since. Then she closed my account because she said I was abusive which I wasn't, just to fob me off so she didn't have to do anything to help.

I've been a somewhat regular customer with Tote and one day, they asked for KYC, selfie with myself holding a piece of paper and few others, this was sent to them and they closed my account without giving me any explanation.

They have asked for countless documents, selfies with todays date and everything under the sun. I literally just created an account!
