Quite simply a sham of a gambling company. Poor games, over the top 'responsible gambling' (after about 30 mins my account was blocked for over a week), online chat that doesn't help, closes at night (discrimination imo), free bet offers not given (eg Tote bets after first £20 spent). I could go on but best to read all the other reviews as they sum it all up. AVOID! I don't know who owns them now but clearly gone downhill since Fred Done. Only positive - my withdrawal to close the account was processed quickly!

Happy to take money out of account but when you try to make a withdrawal all of a sudden there are issues

Four weeks of small stake bets and then I could not put money into my account. Emailed and was told I had hit one of the totes brick walls. They then asked nine impertinent questions which I had to answer and as I refused they said I should cancel my account which I did without hesitation. I'm well rid of them.

Poorest bookmakers site i ever witnessed (and i have a few, lol). Promotions not honered, although quick enough to take your initial qualifying bet. After 4 days they decided they needed photo id to honour my promotion. Driving licence sent, still not enough, now want passport ?, never in 40 years of gambling have i seen such nonsense. Have now ended our relationship, i can't be comfortable doing business with wealthy, well known company if they going to beef about a £30 free bet, KEEP IT TOTE, not for me....

Place has become a joke.... 4 days for withdrawls still not in my account.... I done 20 withdrawls previous and in my bank within 2 minutes, so something has changed... Asking for verification. Avoid the site promotions are not honoured and every excuse for not sticking to advertising.

Customer service not accommodating and completey detached

Whenever I request a withdrawal by Visa the money is in my account within 5-10 mins. That's what you need. Not these sites that take 2 or 3 days. Place pots are fun although I am yet to hit a big one. Highest dividend has been £35.18 minimum per unit but you can't change the result of other players so you take your share of the pot. It is what it is. Quite limited but serves a purpose. Altogether a good review

I agree with most views on here.. it is not the best of sites but the really frustrating thing for me if you withdraw money from 4pm Friday until sunday evening it does not get processed until Monday morning. Use Betfair ... so much better than this and you will still get a better SP especially on the exchanges.

Terrible betting app only joined for the tote ten to follow when depositing says £1 £5 £20 can’t add £10 so as far as I’m concerned I’ll never return again,. Horrific experience this weekend. Signed up on Friday, ssnt all my documents online. Got message stating i'm verified. All great.

Used free bet tokens (no wagering reguirements on winnings) one of which I won £200 on withdrew the £200 leaving just my usual balance in. Woke up this morning my account has been suspended due to responsible gambling considerations. Apparently after speaking to live chat i bet too much on my opening of the account, (I deposited £20 on Friday, placed £10 bet friday afternoon to qualify for the free bets, then placed the £30 free bets on Saturdays racing, leaving my account on £10) 2 horses lost, 1 came in giving me £200 which I withdrew leaving my account balance on £10 as of Saturday night. Meaning I had bet a real amount of £10 and £30 in free bets. If Tote don't want to give free bets away then they shouldn't.

I'd be shocked if they had suspended my account had the £30 free bets all lost.

Poor from Tote. Was guarenteed by a manager this afternoon my £200 winnings will still be paid but my account will remain suspended due to 'Responsible Gambling Commitments'

Terrible customer service and site. Spoke with Helena and her tram leader Suzanne today both failed to answers numerous questions and Helena did not even apologize for the problems I was having AVOID AT ALL COSTS
