New Battery Replacement after 4 years
I bought this eBike four years ago and it has been working great, except the battery went south this month. The typical life expectancy for this type of battery is 3-5 years. I contacted the service and they were able to quickly identify a replacement. I bought the replacement and so far it has been working great.

Please contact our after-sales customer service email (service@totguardebike.com) and provide a picture of your battery and Key Number Code. Our customer service staff will check your information, match the correct key, and provide you with a link to place your order. The battery key needs to be customized and produced after ordering. The estimated production cycle is 30 business days. Then shipped from China warehouse, estimated delivery time is 20-35 business days. From ordering to delivery it will take you close to 60 business days to receive it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me, thank you!

At least I got the part so my bike can work
It took a while to get my bike part. If I was using my bike for work or school, I would have been in a situation. It would have put a lot of stress on my life. I ordered 10/3/2025 & received 12/10/25

Ordered in July. Informed it was back ordered 3 weeks later when I went looking for it. Found another one and had it 3 days later. This item showed up about 5 months too late.
