Tourasco did an outstanding job in arranging my vacation. From the beginning, they were very helpful and professional, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The booking process was smooth, and they kept me updated at every step. The accommodation they arranged was beautiful and perfectly located. Their service made my entire trip stress-free and enjoyable. I am very satisfied and will surely book with them again.

My Egypt Escape with Tourasco was…

My Egypt Escape with Tourasco was incredible! The trip was smooth from start to finish — great hotels, amazing Nile cruise, and perfectly planned sightseeing. The team handled everything professionally, and I never had to worry about a thing. Truly memorable and worth every penny. Highly recommend Tourasco for anyone planning Egypt

avoid awful company and trip

Wen't to Hurghada with this company through Holiday Jet, awful experience filthy boat no rep only a guide on the ship. Ship was filthy didn't get Balcony and we paid extra for this £90, ship changed twice. Hotel changed 3 times to one in a different area when we got off the plane which certainly wasn't 5 star luxury either. We never got our trip to Cairo another £200 for us both lost and company is being very difficult at this time regarding getting our money back. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointed worst holiday I have ever had even got projectile vomiting and Diarrhea on the ship due to cleanliness issues.

For clarification, your booking and services were handled directly through Holiday Jet, and several of the elements you mentioned — including the boat allocation, hotel changes, and the Cairo excursion — were provided by their appointed local suppliers. Tourasco Escapes was only the operator of Nile Cruise and hotel services; however, we always do our best to support all travellers, regardless of the booking source.

We would also like to note that Tourasco informed Holiday Jet immediately about every change reported, including the ship switch and hotel allocation issues, and we were continuously following up to ensure corrective action was taken. We regret that these updates were not reflected to you in a smoother and clearer manner by the operating provider.

We are currently escalating your case once again to Holiday Jet and their supplier to ensure your balcony upgrade, hotel changes, and Cairo trip refund are properly addressed.

As a gesture of goodwill — and although Tourasco was not the operating party — we would like to offer you a special compensation on your next holiday booked directly with us. We truly value our travellers, and we want to show you the level of care and service we stand for.

Your health and safety are a priority, and we take your comments about cleanliness very seriously. We will continue pushing for a full investigation from the operating provider.

hopefully they will deliver what was promised.

booked my holiday and been promised upper deck cabin on a luxurious boat on the nile and 5* hotel in hurghada with balcony overlooking sea.past experience says problems but will see if true to there word on this one.update in late june after trip..

Hotel/Nile cruise

Went on a hotel/Nile cruise in January through Holidayjet. Didnt send tickets till day before we were leaving.They used Tourasco to organise bookings for hotel and cruise. At the beginning and end of our holiday we didn't get the hotel we were supposed to and with no explanation and cruise certainly not the 5* we were expecting.
