The Tourist Journey delivers on excellent communication both before and during your journey, so you can feel confident that all your questions and concerns will be addressed. My Mother and I have never been to the Puglia region of Italy and we have left feeling like we have good sense of the areas history and culture. This company definitely chose top highlights and destinations to explore. We loved that our tours were with small groups and every one of our tour guides were fantastic. Pick up and drop offs to destinations were timely and well organized. My only advice would be for guests to research the hotel location from the recommended list before booking, to make sure you are happy with the location and surrounding area. It may be best to upgrade hotels, so you can be closer to city centers.

Amazing private winery tour. From / to hotel trip just for me and my husband. We visited two wineries and definitely will join for the tour next time to visit another ones. With Johan you will understand the wine better and the hard process of wine production. Thank you very much!

We booked an 8 day trip to Iceland with Tourist Journey and it was the best decision made ever. The whole trip exceeded my expectations. Tourist journey helped me with the itinerary and suggested the best tours for us. They customized our itinerary and included everything we wanted at no extra costs.We were a group of 6 friends and everything was on point. I would like to give a big shout out to Ludo ( travel specialist ) and Natasha M. (Customer Service Supervisor). They accomodated all our requests and were quick at responding to our queries prior to the trip and while on the trip. Natasha was very diligent and reassured me my trip will go as planned. She checked in on us while on the trip and also communicated with us via email daily to remind us of our activity of the day. I would highly recommend Tourist Journey to my friends and family .The hotels picked were absolutely amazing. The tours organzied were brilliant and on schedule.There was no room for error. The booking process was smooth online .Overall a 5 star rating from us. Thank you to Natasha M. for being so awesome!

We enjoyed the horseback ride through the country side. Our guide was wonderful and the scene art was beautiful! Highly recommend if you want to ride horses in Siena?

Tour & tour guide, Gabriella, were great. Appreciated the history and discussion about the land, culture, and the places we visited. Particularly appreciated being taken to the isolated village of Garabandal which I probably otherwise would not of been able to get to during my travels.

The visit to Garabandal was very special, the trip to the Monastery of Santo Toribio was overwhelmingly - to touch the relic of the Cross of the Crucifixion was completely unexpected and utterly humbling. Our tour guide Gabriela was sensational.

Great hike with canopy river tours - jonathon was great!

However tourist journey did not advertise the trip correctly- there was no waterfall included which was a shame!

The hike was still very enjoyable though!

Max, Thomas and Tiziano were amazing hosts for this fun and educational event learning the finer points of gelato and pizza in Italy. Beautiful setting, engaging and personable hosts, fun group and excellent pizza, chianti and gelato! Highly recommend!

Tourist Journey cancelled our cooking class in Rabat little more than an hour before it was due to start. We had already purchased the tram tickets to get to the starting point. Several other companies offer similar experiences in Rabat but it was too late to reserve anything that day. Only positive is that Tourist Journey refunded our payment for the class promptly.

Good but not great. The visit to Bethlehem was very short and included a mandatory shop tour where we were many times compelled to buy stuff.

We had a wonderful evening with Nadine. She is a great coach, guiding us through preparing a three course meal. We learned a few new tips for preparing risotto, captured the recipes for everything we made, and enjoyed the cooking and conversation. Then we sat down and enjoyed our home cooked meal & more conversations. We felt more like new friends than customers. We highly recommend this experience.

Amazing and highly recommend! Food was amazing and the tour exceeded expectations. Katarina our host was fabulous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our day. 10/10!!

We loved our kayaking trip. Very nice guides and the equipment was in great shape. We received communication a few days before the trip with everything we needed to know and bring. It was amazing swimming in Vila Franco do Campo. Truly a highlight of our time on Sao Miguel and we highly recommend this experience.

Our guide, Mirella, was fabulous. She made a point of connecting with everyone on the tour, she gives great historical and geographic perspective, and she also has a great sense of humor. Mossimo, the driver, was also terrific and, together, they made the tour very enjoyable. Sienna, San Gimignano, and Pisa were great stops.

Great tour with lots of opportunities to learn about wine and also lends itself further to Italian history and food. Alessandro our tour guide was a walking encyclopedia and shared a wealth of knowledge. The food was delicious! The properties were stunning. My only tip would be to have a full rest (and/or espresso) as the tour is very long. We were extremely jet lagged and had to miss the last portion. However, Alessandro was kind enough to wish us well and pause the tour before we departed via taxi. Would recommend to friends!

This excursion to Jerusalem, Bethlehem and the Dead Sea was absolutely magnificent! The tour leader Marco Alexander was one of the most impressive guides we have ever met! His command of the English language, sense of humour and quips delighted us. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, and invited questions! Also, Mustafa in Bethlehem, equally impressive and interesting! We definitely recommend this tour to any visitor to Tel Aviv! enjoyed every second, and fantastic value for money!! supeb
