Scammers, avoid at all costs
The tour start time was changed from 9:00 to 11:15 without any prior notice. I waited at the meeting point and only found out after calling the operator multiple times (as he does not answer). This disrupted my entire day, as I had plans for the afternoon (fancy restaurant with credit card reservation where you must cancel with 24h notice).
I paid for a group tour, but on site it was clearly downgraded (You can see in the tour description from TripAdvisor or viator - private tour, only your group participates in this activity), but in reality you are in a public group with up to 30 people per guide (could barely see or hear the guide), much larger groups, long queues, and a very generic tourist experience. He ended up blocking me on WhatsApp, just like any other scammer out there.
On top of that, the tour was advertised as lasting 180 minutes and ended in less than 120 minutes.
Poor organization and misleading description. Definitely not worth the price. There are many other services out there providing the exact same thing for around 30€ (instead of 125€) per person. Scammer acting on bad faith, if I had some more time in Poland, I'd be placing a legal dispute in court.
