Very professional. I was very worried as these new cars have so many gadgets and sensors but everything is working perfectly. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

What can I say Martin came on time fitted my towbar and checked everything was working properly then cleared up you would not know he had been there if I need a nother towbar fitted I I know who to call

I first contacted Towbar2U in early January and booked the fitting with Rebekah who gave me all the advice I required and phoned back when she said she would, when she had to check on a couple of things. Only when I was satisfied with everything I booked and arranged fitting. Yes I did change a couple of things but Rebekah was so proffesional and accommodating. I arranged the fitting and Martin called the night before to check on something and I had to change the fitting day.

Anyway that day has come and Martin arrived at the time he said he would. No hanging around and in about 2.5 hours he had completed everything and tidied up. He showed me that it all worked and I was very pleased.

Would I use them again? Undoutebly I can't think of a better company. Thank you to everyone at Towbar2U.

The towbar market is vast in the United Kingdom, but after extensive research, I made the right decision and hired Towbar2U to provide and install a towbar for my Merc-Benz GLE. I'm pleased I did, because Martin, the fitter, was kind and professional, took his time, and did an excellent job. I wholeheartedly endorse Towbar2U.

Josh who turned up on time and as arranged, did a fantastic job against the elements today fitting a towbar. Superb, clean towbar job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained and demonstrated all the electrics working, where the fuse is found and generally was exceptionally thorough. The whole job was completed in 2.5 hours, considering it was windy conditions. Excellent job, thoroughly decent price compared to local garages, brilliant high quality towbar and workmanship (stainless steel bolts used throughout) thoroughly decent person and would highly recommend. Thank you for what you did today.

Simon and John fitted my tow bar today. Arrived at appointed time, and professionally proceeded to get the job done. I’m very pleased with the quality of the fitted towbar and impressed with the standard of the workmanship. The operation and fitting of the removable tow bar was explained to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

John and Simon did an amazing job fitting a detachable swan neck tow bar and vehicle specific wiring on my Skoda Kodiaq. They were efficient, professional and polite and all round a very good service. Thanks guys. Highly recommended quality service and product.

Phoned all over including Audi 2k no thanks
Did loads of phoning about then contacted tow bars 2 u
Told them my concerns coding etc needs to be done right as it would void warranty on my car if not installed correctly
The lady on phone said the guy in your area has been fitting tow bars for years so trust us it will be installed correctly
I went ahead with it the guy came out and explained everything to me regarding coding / 13 pin electrics / detachable tow bar etc

The Technical was named John, John had a mass of experience and knowledge he was so helpful and explained what he was doing. On completion of job John nociced that the incorrect module had been supplied, John quickly sorted and returned within 2 days to complete the fitting putting himself out to complete
