Company easy to get in contact with. Representative Joseph very helpful in respect of failed pressure cooker. Took a bit longer than hoped for to get replacement organised but totally my fault. I had registration certificate for 10 year warranty but no Amazon receipt. I bought it on old cancelled Amazon account but Amazon helped out and new cooker is now in its way. All in all, excellent pressure cooker and excellent service from Joseph at Tower.

I have been waiting over 16 days (longer than the 'up to 14 days' they say in their policy) since they received my return for a refund. Way too long.
