I sold my flat in Scarborough today and the sale was handled by Tower Estates and they kept me informed all the way through. Great team nothing was too much trouble. Prior to the sale Tower Estates were the management company who looked after the flat for over 12 years and without them I would have sold the flat years ago. They were mega efficient in every way keeping me and the tenant happy. I will miss chatting to the team I cannot recommend them highly enough to any landlord

I have been with Tower Estates Ltd for over 10 years. I have only had positive experiences with them, be it when a tenant was no paying his rent years ago, when repairs needed to be done or the day-to-day supervision of my property. When repairs are required, they will sort out the repair team and liaise with the tenant on the days to access the property and I just need to pay the bill.
I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend it!

Tower Estates manage our property and they have really looked after us as well as our tenants.
They are friendly, efficient, professional and helpful. We needed a new EPC and Chris organised that for us as well as some issues that cropped up because of it.

Before finding Tower Estates, we always dreaded the process of dealing with estate agents who seem to care more about landlords and treat tenants as untrustworthy from the outset. This DOES NOT apply to Tower Estates, who are BY FAR the best estate agents we've interacted with, and were a major draw in us viewing their portfolio of properties. They are very transparent on their website, have no hidden/extra fees, and their language and actions are always respectful, fair and helpful. They were flexible in sending the contract ahead of time with clear instructions to ease our moving logistics, and even left a lovely welcome box when we moved in. We're very grateful to have them as our agents, and wish more would follow their example.
