After waiting for over the stated time given for delivery of my smart watches to be very disappointed with the products. I have now emailed 4 times to have a conversation with someone with regards to getting a refund. But, as many of you have experienced, not a dickie bird back. Untrustworthy and a Mickey Mouse company.
Don’t buy from them. They are a fraud selling bogus products. Do not read the good reviews as they are proberbly bogus too.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks for 2 smart watches and after waiting 10 working days to email them I have since received no reply as I have asked several time for my Royal Mail tracking number currently contacting my bank and cab as this obviously is a scam

I ordered 4 smart watches not received egnoring emails once money left my account no refund do not buy from this company discrasful

Ordered a drone on the 7th, I still haven't received any correspondence, after multiple emails asking for a royal mail tracking number they have yet to respond. After reading the comments it seems I am not the only one being ignored, I'm hoping after eager anticipation that the drone isn't as some have described as bought in the comments below, otherwise I will be returning and expect a full refund.

I’m about to take them to court. I’ve been in touch with citizens advice centre, I’ve followed the correct procedure to reach this point. Initially this company responded to my first email but then nothing. I was told that I had to return the watch at my expense and a restocking fee of £5 would be taken off my refund!
By the way..the CAB advised me that the re-stocking fee of £2 they mention in their website isn’t allowed.
The CAB said that trading standards have been informed...no T&C’s, no confirmation email with order details sent, no tracking details, etc etc. Let’s hope they get closed down soon.
I would advise everyone who has a complaint about this company to contact the CAB...the more official complaints they get the more likely they’ll be investigated.

OK, so I purchased an item that, when received wasn't what I expected. I emailed them several times, but as soon as I spoke with CAB and realised my Rights, the letter I then sent to them via email meant that they gave me a FULL REFUND!!!! So, if you feel as i did when I posted earlier Absolute Scammers Review don't just give in!!!!! I'm happy now!!!😙

I am still waiting for my goods having been notified that they were in transit. Requested tracking number but they seem incapable of supplying simple information.
Not impressed with this marketing company.

Avoid at all costs! Terrible service! Paid £70 for a camera. When it arrived it wasn't the one I ordered. Checked Google and the one they sent me was worth £25! In contact with my bank to make a claim (but can't claim against the company as they are outside EU!) So hoping my bank can use their insurance to give money back! Avoid avoid avoid

Guys honestly please listen to all the reviews on this page they are 100% correct about the awful service from this company. I cannot believe the audacity of this company to even reply to the reviews with pathetic excuses for their poor services. The fact this company are still aloud to operate and have not been shut down or investigated is beyond me. I could type paragraphs in this review explaining about all the emails I have sent which have been ignored, No tracking information or email on my order and the fact I still have not received my order after weeks. I will do my up most to get my money back but I have come to terms with the fact I have been scammed. I will never make the mistake again ordering without reading reviews, And this company hopefully gets shut down because it is wrong what they are doing and they should not be getting away with it.

i bought a drone 27 /12 /20 still not arrive, send them 10 emails and they answered just on the first 2 . i can't get in touch with them in the last 2 weeks, no answer on my emails. i will contact my bank tomorrow and try to claim the money back from my card insurance.
i wish i could see the reviews before i place the order.

Purchased a drone in December as a present, the drone is nothing like the one advertised, also drone was faulty, contacted them they 1st offered a replacement that never showed up, then they said they would give a 10% refund as it was the product i purchased,, but it was faulty so i am entitled to a full refund, they then agreed to a full refund 3 weeks ago still no refund at all. They said to contact my bank,which i have done and the bank said it should be in my account by now! This company is a joke and sells cheap products and obviously do not honour the refund policy

Believe everything you read - DONT BUY FROM THESE CONMEN.... if and when it finally turns up the quality is rubbish, no offer of a refund or option to return...... they should be closed down !

I ordered a fitness tracker and after receiving no email confirmation despite the money being taken from my bank immediately, I decided to look up the company and found a catalogue of bad reviews. I decided to return the item immediately after receiving it as the quality of the products did not get good reviews. I emailed a picture of the refund receipt and got a reply by text the next day saying a refund has been issued. 20 days later no refund, 6 emails unanswered and 5 text messages ( which it appears to be a Californian number ) also unanswered. I am having to claim back through my credit card which they said would take 15 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER.
Thank you for your reply, however, you confirmed to me on 9th can that the refund has been processed, I have not received a refund 22 days on despite emailing the address you have put in your reply 7 times now. A refund NEVER takes more than 5-7 days once it has been processed to show on a statement. Please respond with a more honest and factual reply.
2nd Feb - after reading this review toy and gadget replied to my email saying it was refunded on 9th Jan, I called my bank and also send screen shots of my statement and the reply from the bank saying no refund has been received- I asked them for details and refund references. Funnily enough email responses have once again gone quiet!

I brought underwater camera1/3days delivery no tracking number received no item received no reply to any of my emails birthday present ruined do not I repeat do not use this site .could someone let me no how you get a refund or even manage to contact these people.

Terrible!
I have returned a faulty item and having them finally agreeing to a full refund it is still not in my bank after 2wks and no reply to 3 further emails! I will now sadly have to take futher action !
Also no phone contact for this company.

I have asked tracking number regarding my order and till thus day they haven’t provided one for me. I have ordered a drone from them on 17th and now it’s 28th. I still haven’t received it
