No answer for several days. Awful customer service. I still haven't received any confirmation since I purchased the product. I have already sent many e-mails. Unfortunately, only now I found this page. If I had known that there are such bad opinions about this store, I would never buy anything from them. Most likely I will not receive the package:(

Ordered a so called smart watch at a cost of £39.97 when it came it had no charging lead. Emailed them they said they would send it within the next three days what they sent was an Apple plug no lead been trying to email them but no reply. Watch is useless and cannot be used as we cannot charge it. Wrote a poor review on their website surprise surprise they haven’t displayed it. Now trying to claim money back through my bank. Poor company. Went by the reviews on their site big mistake.

Terrible company, false promises! Site states sameday dispatch and 48hr delivery. They cant even reply to an email in 48hrs.

Crap this lot. Tried to cancel my order and they dispatched it anyway, i dont want the item and just want my cash back. Doubt I'll see it again however its a bit of P take that a company who seems to be like an online ghost is allowed to operate

This company should be closed down completely, they are bunch of thief.
I ordered a pro exercise wrist watch for £39.97 not only did it arrived very late but the product was not the same as advertised,not fit for purpose,not connectable to any smart phone
Absolutely useless. Send several emails no reply. None existence customer service. I tried to read review but none found on their so called websites. Please avoid this company like a plague.

I ordered a smart watch For £40 and wish I had read the reviews first. It arrived in the tiniest little box that you have ever seen. Then you have to put it together like a kinder egg. The quality is rubbish . Customer services is none existent. I’ve sent 3 emails and 1 text and no one ever gets back to you. Well and truly scammed. Stay clear of this rip off company at all costs!!

Do not trust this website I ordered a watch before reading the reviews silly I know I then emailed to cancel my order and got nothing back for days then to receive a email saying it was dispatched and I could track it but no tracking info I emailed a further 5 times to ask for shipping info and got nothing I then said I would be recalling the payment at the bank cause I still had no correspondence two days later I getting a tracking number saying it’s delivered I still have no items and again emailed twice to say so and still heard nothing I now have to go to bank to try get payment back lesson learned read real reviews first

£45 for a made in China piece of crap smart watch. Spent 2 hrs trying to charge it before putting it in the bin. Customer service does not exist. Lesson learnt! Avoid like the plague!

Got bike camera from them but bracket was too small,they offered me 50% discount but I wanted my money back. They rarely reply to emails no telephone no. Do not go near this company.

Ordered a smart watch received it in a small box as soon as I looked at it I new i was robbed it must be worth a fiver if that.Trying to return the crap thing if not its going in the bin were it belongs will never buy a single thing from this company just sells crap

Do not trust these people at all. Ordered smartwatch never received it. Only confirmed order via text, no email , when I tried to text them to enquire about my order it failed to send. Now trying to retrieve money through bank. Should have looked at their reviews on here before purchasing, harsh lesson learnt.

I ordered a drone from here which was half price and a pretty good bargain I thought. I had a text the day after I ordered to say it had been shipped but the webpage said it was waiting to be shipped. I thought this was a little odd and started looking for a phone number for the company and couldn’t find one, but did stumble across these reviews!!

I honestly thought for the first time in my life I’d been scammed... I even rang my back to tell them I thought I’d been scammed. I emailed them to ask where my order was and it took them over 24 hours to reply but when they did they apologised for the shipping delay and sent me a tracking link.

8 days after ordering my drone arrived and is as I expected so I feel a little bit silly now for being so convinced I’d made a mistake ordering from here. That’s not to dismiss the clearly very frustrated people who have left reviews, but perhaps there are satisfied customers out there too who haven’t reviewed, just to put people’s mind at rest if they come across this after ordering as I did.

Do not use same as what other people saying. I ordered some Nintendo controllers so I thought £79.99 reduceded to £49.99 they are NOT the genuine
controllers im being ignored no response to my emails for refund.

Ditto other comments on here. Avoid at all costs. Website states 48 hour tracked only response you get is to blame Royal Mail even though they haven’t even sent the items.

Terrible quality jigsaw. Don’t bother with these cowboys. Won’t refund or allow return ignoring my correspondence.

Avoid like the plague! I ordered a jigsaw puzzle of a 1000 pieces, when I received it(after 6 weeks, mind you!) it was not at all what was advertised on the website. The pieces were the size of my nail if not smaller. False advertisement and just for that they should be taken legal action against, that must be illegal. Not to mention the poorest customer service I have ever received. Emails after emails and all I received was generic emails saying my parcel would be delivered in 2-3 days(the email from them would take at least 5 days, never signed by anyone so I had no idea how many people were involved in replying to me). Of course it wasn't. When I asked for refund I was ignored. In the end they said of the parcel would not be delivered by Tuesday they would issue full refund. I guess you can tell where this is going... Later got a phonecall from a lady saying it will be delivered on a Friday. Of course it wasn't. (I wish they had called me when I wasn't stood at the till ready to pay as I would have given her a piece of my mind) When the parcel finally arrived what a disapointment that was.. I demanded for full refund, of course was ignored once again. Received a message saying I have been refunded this morning. Will see if the money actually comes through. I have never complained about anything, especially written a bar review but I can definitely say this has been the worst experience I have ever had ordering and the worst possible customer service ever. (The audacity to lie and claim the parcel will be delivered, sending me dodgy looking tracking websites, saying they have got disruptions with Royal Mail while I was happily receiving other parcels through them..) Bunch of liars and scammers!! Do not use. Avoid the agro I could have avoided if I had only read the reviews.

I order my son an drawstick for his game and it has been almost an month and we still have not received it. I have sent emails after emails and still have not gotten a reply. I did tell them that if I don't get my money back of get an answer then the next step will be legal action and I am about too do just that. So please don't use these people.

Bought a 1000 jigsaw - when it arrived it was a mini puzzle. The pieces were the size of my small finger nail ! Ridiculous. Bad customer service - want to return it but concerned no money will not be refunded.

Exactly the same experience as other reviews. Ordered mid April and received a text to say it would be delivered Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Subsequently received information saying it was en route from China. Very little response to email. Would not recommend.

I bought a puzzle on the 12th April 2020 and still haven't received it.
They keep on saying it will arrive within the next 48h hours, but it's been almost a month and still haven't got it.

Also, they don't even have a phone number to call and claim.
