Tapo cameras and customer services are great

I have several TP-Link products, especially Tapo cameras. They are all excellent, backed up with terrific documentation and after sales support.
I have an issue with a Tapo Hub, unable to receive the latest firmware to add compatibility for my new camera, so I got onto live chat and received great support from Jonathan today.

TPG Modem Support

The Support I received from Kinsey Nong was fantastic it took me about 3 hours on the phone with my ISP to solve this problem. When they could not fix it they suggested I try TP link, after 2 phone calls my problem was solved in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner. Thank you Kinsey.

Shout-out to Ms Wrenna Wu of TP-Link Support

This is a quick shout-out to Ms Wrenna Wu from TP-Link Support who help me fixed a rather frustrating issue when I tried to add and bind my new Omada APs and Switch to the Omada controller. Wreena was outstanding in her assistance ..demonstrating an impressive depth of product knowledge .. easily identifying the root cause of my issues and guiding me through the necessary configurations with clarity. Beyond her technical proficiency, I was also particularly impressed by her professional demeaner and her remarkable patience.

Service was 5/5, Aldrin helped me and went slow when I needed him to. He helped me reset it all up from scratch and sort out the errors that kept appearing. I'm very happy with his service, he did amazing.
