Sent a parcel from Chennai to Coimbatore. Even though they charged Rs. 160 for the courier, delivery person at Coimbatore demanded a payment of Rs. 190 to deliver. After two weeks of many phone calles, it is still not delivered or returned. Very poor ! Do not chose them for any personal courier.

Telephones dont work in the first instance & people who attend calls have no telephone etiquette, we dont call on your landlines to have chat/fun. it`s for business, i spoke to lady on 080-22110641, he disconnected the call abruptly & while i was still speaking to her, i tried calling her again, she answered the call & kept the receiver aside, such a casual attitude & service by staff.

Horrible! Package not received and no response from customer support after multiple emails and phone calls. They never pick up the damn phone. Avoid this courier company.

I WAS SEND FOOD ITEM THROUGH COURIER AS ON 29-AUGUST 2025 FOM PUNE OFFICE.THEY TOLD US IT WILL REACH TOMORROW END OF DAY. BUT STIL ITS NOT DELIVER THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL .

Booked a Courier on 01 April 2025 After 15 days it still delivered, and no updates from 07/04/2025.No replay for complaint,e-mails,Contact numbers are fake nobody lifting phone.Almost 5000 rupees valuable item holding by courier company. Don't belive this company. Professional courier's are unprofessional

I had a parcel shipped with TCP and it has been 10 day still in transit. When I tried to check the maximum delivery time it was 10 days from the pickup and the final location if I was walking from there. It is the worst and an unprofessional courier service I had ever seen.

very pathetic services provided by this company. Not able to deliver product in last 11 days from delhi to pune.

This was one of the best companies a year ago.
But now its the worst company which has lost its trust among the customers.

Two days till date, dI'd not receive the mail. Called Hyd office 04027813344 they give vijayawada office number to find out. Called two numbers in Vijayawada 08662578382 /08662575267. One representative picks and gives another number. Called the othermostat number and she states that the document must have been delivered by now without even taking the number. Called her back again and she does not pick up. Don't send important docs to this kind of company.

It's been 4 days I sent courier and it is still in transit. They really don't care about the urgency. Better to use speed post than this courier service.

The customer care people highly irresponsible, they just play blame game that we received your courier just now, it was a fault of previous branch etc etc. I gave a call to their corporate office but the lady said, I can only provide you the number of branch office where your courier is currently reached, I can't do more than that.

Please don't use this courier service if you are in hurry.

I didn't get my order up to now but it was showing i reached my home city 4 daz back worst service ever,
