I have been placing orders with TP FAY for over 24yrs and have always found them to be of great service to our company in providing prompt quotations and turn around of our orders. In my time here, we have never had to once return an item that is incorrect or faulty. Always been good quality and workmanship, from the people who know heating and heating elements etc etc.I would recommend to anyone.

Needed a heater for an old engine. They sourced me an exact replacement with imperial fittings and fitted a dream. Fast delivery and even quicker assistance from their team. Brilliant service would definately use them again.

We bought 2 IBC heaters 12 months ago. Having used them for a year, and having to get advice from TP Fay on their operation, I would recommend them to any company looking for heaters. The product is great and their in house expertise is immense They have the ability to make you understand the answers, as well as just giving an answer. Cannot fault them.

I find this company great to work with. They are very responsive to any queries and have a great turnaround. I will use again and would 100% recommend to others.

Mr David Fay’s advice on the type of industrial immersion heaters we required for replacement to our domestic boiler was invaluable.

Excellent services and very quick to deliver

David was extremely helpful in coming up with a special design of immersion heater for a challenging application on a brewery kettle to avoid dismantling the vessel to change the burnt out element. Timescale and cost unfortunately meant using an alternative but I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

I needed elements for a catering steamer at my school, it had stood unused for over 6 years before I started here in May as the parts are obsolete according to all the dealers I could find. As a small maintained school, we don't have the luxury of being in a position to just buy a new one...but lady luck was shining and I found your company. I really cannot thank you enough and the difference it has made to the school lunches is beyond measure. Thank you - rest assured, if I ever need anything similar I will come to you (and I've told my colleagues at other schools all about you:))

If I could give more stars I would.
We fitted an electric heater in our caravan that decided it would not work and tripped the electric when on holiday.
Luckily we had a back up so survived the holiday.
Got back home and tested the element and found it was the problem.
An email to the company for a possible replacement and within the hour a reply was returned.
The guidance given to me was a way to try and dry out the element prior to testing again.
The heater now works correctly.
What other company would be so helpful and give so much guidance to fix a problem rather than sell you a part? I cannot think of many.
This company is outstanding.

All ways please with the service, I am grateful you can make elements to my specific design.
