A pure scam. They charge you £1.00 to trace a parcel, Give you information you had given them, then 3 days later help themselves to £24.90 supposed subscription that you didn't sign up to. Give them a very wide berth.

Just signed up as it said it had found my parcel, I then logged on and nothing was found.

Be very careful, when you track a parcel they ask you to pay £1, not only they do not find the parcel but before you say anything, in reality have subscribe to them and you will pay £24 out of your account two days later. I asked for a refund as so unclear when you create an account and they are refusing to refund. Do not create an account, you are subscribing to them. really dishonest website.

Charged me £1 at first and now it has taken £60 out of my account. TOTAL SCAM

A total waste of time. I paid £1 initially for no useful information at all. Now they have taken £24.90 on my debit card being the 1st supposedly monthly subscription which commences 3 days after initial enquiry. Not highlighted as a condition when I made my enquiry. Iniquitous. Of course, I have cancelled but anticipate a row getting my £24.90 back. Shame on Parcelforce for hitching in with this outfit. Dubious legally - I shall alert my MP.

I've had a charge of £24.90 yet I have not used this service. I get all my deliveries through DPD and have their app so have no reason to use this service. I had to Google the name that was on my bank statement just to find out what it was. I've been charged for something I did NOT even sign up to. THIS IS FRAUD!
Luckily I noticed the same morning they took it and it hasn't went through properly yet as I got straight in touch with my bank reported the charge and cancelled my bank card!
Now the fraud team are sorting it for me.
I'd recommend to anyone whose had this charge they don't recognise to report it to your bank ASAP and cancel your cards... and also to get in touch with the fraud team...

Like all the comments. I have fallen for this too. I paid £1 to track an important parcel and they now keep taking £24.90. I didn’t sign up to anything and I don’t know how to stop the payments coming out of my account. Absolute disgrace.

Stay well clear of this company they are just trying to con people out of their hard earned money offering you deals for £1 and not telling you they sign you up to a monthly subscription of £24.90 which will keep being taken until you realise probably when it’s already to late and they have already took you for one payment
It. Is a disgrace that there are companies taking liberties with this kind of low life trick in these very troublesome time when hard working people are struggling to make ends meet stay well clear hope they go bankrupt

I sent a parcel earlier on in the year. Through DPD carrier. I had no involvement to my knowledge with Trackerly.net. Why would I, as I was using DPD. Monies have gone from my bank account to the tune of initially £1.00, and then £24.90 per month since April. 2021, I contact my bank, that it would have happend when I either tried to track the parcel, or in the terms and conditions.
Up to date, eventually through the bank, I got a telephone number and rang them, the person was evasive and rude at the end of the phone for Trackerly. They, sent a link to my email afterwards saying that the subscription ( i didnt take out in the first instance) was cancel. All very polite, please get in touch, I have tried and mail returned to sender.
I noticed on Trust pilot people with comments exactly about the same amounts I have said £24.90- taken without consent. Please stop this right now, and demand refunds....

Got onto this webpage by mistake when I was trying to track a package on ParcelForce.
When you enter the tracking number a short animation tells you they are looking for the package and then have found it. They ask for a £1 tracking fee but small print says this is a reduced month's subscription deal that goes up to £24 a month thereafter.
So they are then legally entitled to take the money from your account until you cancel.
I didn't pay and when I checked later it turned out I had entered the tracking number incorrectly. I tried it again to see what would happen and this time I entered a random made up number. It did the same animation to tell me it was looking for my parcel and them told me it had found it and asked for the £1 fee / permission to rob me for months afterwards.
DON'T use them - it's a con.
Only gave them 1 star as without it you can't continue to qrite the review.

I have never done business with this company but they are pestering me with emails. I called them to tell them to remove my email address and they said they would however they didnt actually ask for any ID or the email address I wanted removing. Its also an overseas call centre with staff who have a very poor use of the English language. I have now blocked them on email and I have blocked them from calling me and texting me.
