I am sure this is a scam or at least a covert way of tricking people out of money.48hrs and you get whacked with a £24 bill for nothing at all you don't even get a chance to cancel as they don't respond until the 48hrs are up the they say its an agreement .Ripoff scam Should be renamed Trickery

This is a scam that cannot provide more information about you package.
They take an initial charge on the first day and then 24hrs later charge you £24 as rolling monthly subscription.
I asked for my money back and they refused, I repeatedly pestered them and they eventually gave it back.

They now are trying for the SECOND time to get my already validated review removed. This company is so unethical and is a fraud.

Be careful when divulging card details as while using this app I accidentally signed up to a £24.90 a month charge when I was only trying to track 1 parcel.
After a bit of a slow response the company were good enought to refund £99.60 in accidental activation

This is a scam, was having difficulties tracking parcel from US, used trackerly and paid £1. After 3 days they took 24.90 as per their supposed T's and C's, which were not clearly stated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I just want to reinforce the message - these people behave like crooks. I wanted to track a Parcelforce pacel and Googled 'track parcelforce' The PX trackerly website apeared and I confess I wasn't careful enough. They asked for a £1 fee and because the parcel was important, I paid it - no information was forthcoming and I found my way to the correct Parcelforce website. Then a withdrawl of £24.90 was made by Trackerly - Happily for me, Barclays Fraud Team picked up this transaction and cancelled both payments. If you look at the PX Trackerly website, their phone numbers are invalid and (my) software warned me not to click on their links...
I have just received a 'reply' from Trackerly claiming to have tried to reach me. I have had no call, email or other message from them, and this just reinforces my conviction that people should not deal with them. Take a look at many other unhappy clients' comments!

Got in touch by email after finding that I had been charged £24.90 like all people on reviews forum.
Convinced had been scared as nowhere on their website did it say was signing up to subscription.
Has to be said they refunded my money and cancelled the subscription immediately I sent customer services an email after checking my bank account.
So can only speak as you find.
Tom

Why is this still on Google?
I tried to track a parcelforce parcel, put the tracking in and my email then it took me to a page wanting payment. I clicked out straight away suspecting it was a scam. So I went in again, made up a tracking number and email and guess what? They had tracked the parcel - which of course doesn't exist. I was concerned that they might try to redirect my parcel and they had my tracking number and email, so I contacted Parcelforce. Google needs to take this site down.
Edit - I have reported the ad to Google, don't know if they will do anything. If you can, report it to Google, if enough people do, they may take it down. Probably would resurface as another set of theives under a different name.

Tracking some expensive boots I wanted to know where they where Sent by (parcelforce) next thing I know £1 turned into £24.90 utter scam how it’s still running is outrageous and I thought it was all legitimate 🤦

When tracking a parcel via the Parcel Force website I somehow clicked on a link for trackerly.net
They claim to help you track your parcel for £1 and then 2 days later take £24.90 from your account for a subscription which they claim is clearly stated. In my opinion it is not.
Not only that they didn’t even bother to track the parcel or send me details of its whereabouts until I chased them 9 days later.
Do not use.

These people are thieving scumbags. BEWARE. I paid £1 initially to track a parcel and entirely misled on signing up. They started taking £24.90 on my debit card being the 1st supposedly monthly subscription which commenced 3 days after initial enquiry. Not highlighted as a condition when I made my enquiry. Iniquitous. This carried on for 7 months until I clocked it on the statements. Shame on Parcelforce for using these scumbags on your site.

Do not use this service (not that you can call it a service) it is a way of conning people out of money. You are led to believe that they will track your parcel for £1, but you are mistakenly subscribing to a so called tracking service and are charged £24.90 for this. My husband phoned and queried the charge and was told that he had signed up for this. He was advised there would be no refund issued. Needless to say he cancelled this straight away. Once again do not use this website as they are just conning innocent people out of money. Use the Post Office website which is free of charge.

I was trying to trace my vaccination result posted via Royal Mail and accidently pressed the link of Trackerly.net. Royal Mail tracking is free then realised they charged me £1 but I ignored thinking just a pound but didn't realise it is a scam. Two days later they took £24.90 from my account. I immediately rang my bank and reported them fraud. My bank tells me I had subscribed to Trackerly.net and that was my monthly subscription. This was not true I have not subscribed to anyone. Really cleaver SCAM.

absolute scam, be aware. like everyone else, I fell for this. leaflet came through my front door, said I needed to go to this website and pay 1 pound to check my package. of course it didn't work. 2 days later, £24.90 taken out of my account because they signed me up to a subscription I didn't consent to. i wrote to them and emailed, no response. luckily I phoned up my bank and they blocked the subscription, but unfortunately will not be able to refund the money. be aware of this scamming method. horrible people out there.

definitely a scam, but very clever, I was given no info other than £1 was due, which I thought was payment for import duty as I was expecting something from china, linked somehow to a dpd notification which I went to, very slick. If this happens to you contact your credit card company and ask them to block the subscription, you lose the £1 but that should be the limit. you can also ring them and ask them to cancel your subscription, but not sure if they ever will.
A clever scam, avoid
