I called yesterday explaining I needed a Ghost 2 Immobiliser urgently as I am leaving the country in a few days. Markus was incredibly helpful and managed to arrange the installation for the very next day. Mike, the engineer, arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing it on my Toyota Hilux. Professional, fast, and reliable. Highly recommended!

my friend said to me I need a imobliser for my car because a tracker would be no good iff your car gets stolen and it's found down the contrary in a million bits no good to you you need a imobaliser a ghost emobaliser would be the only one he would buy because it's the best one to buy. I got in contact with ghost installations spoak to a member of the team called yas he explained everything to me about the product and helped me through the paper work. ever so helpful service and support from my representative during my inquiry into my chosen security solution he explained the whole process to me and seid it would be done in the next 10 days which is very quick I'd say whot a nice fella yas was .nothing wasn't to much trouble he seid eney questions I just have to ring him he would be more than happy to answer eney questions I have and I took a life time warenty on the ghost imobaliser eney thing can happen after 2 years nothing lasts forever as we all no. it's totally peace of mind. one again thanks yas for being you. much appreciated mark mcguire

A scam company
A scam company . Take your money upfront and come to asses car.
Fail to fit trackers and then ghost you for over a week. Then as I chase the company fail to engage via email or phone. Attempt when I make contact with them again - over a week gone by again and try to sell more products which I almost did - before ghosting again. Do not pay them a penny until they fit and it works - take your money and then nothing

Great Service
I was kept informed of date and time of arrival so I was prepared for the engineers visit. On arrival the engineer was friendly and explained what they needed me to do prior to the installation. On completion I was advised of ghe next steps to take and an offer of them making a call I was on a long wait time.

Friendly engineer, easy, quick experience
Engineer was in touch day before to give me a time window, tracking email arrived to show where he was and he installed it all in 45 minutes! Explained how it works, how to turn it off if I take it for an MOT.
Also got a manual and contact details in case I forgot my code!

Ghost II Removal
I have just purchased a new car and needed to have my Ghost II unit removed. It was extremely short notice as I pick up my new car on Thursday. Burhaan made sure that everything was in place very quickly and ASAP so i didn't have extra charges at the dealership.
