We had a seamless holiday in South Africa and she went out of her way to make sure our trip was tailored to us. She was always on hand for us to ask questions and she put so much time into helping us have the best time. We will definitely be coming back!!!

I have used Tracssafaris several times before. I think this is why I trusted them with their suggestion of a more remote location than I had done before. Zakouma National Park was well worth a visit.
There is little choice of where to stay, but this was explained in advance. Accommodation was basic. A great guide and driver. Very Hot - was told this before I travelled. A massive difference in thinking, you know, compared to experiencing. A great mix of animals and birds. Very few other vehicles, so everything seen was very accessible. Travel-wise, all was good apart from Loganair, which cancelled a flight at short notice. Felt like a nightmare at the time. I ended up having to drive to Manchester in the end and not fly from Scotland. Not Tracks' fault, but very much a hassle. Definitely recommend Trackssafaris to others.

Tracks Safaris organised our recent safari trip to Zimbabwe and Botswana, which proved to be very interesting and enjoyable. Based on their experience and local knowledge they were able to offer advice on places to stay and travel arrangements to ensure we had a vacation tailored to our needs and interests. All the elements of the holiday were well organised and co-ordinated and queries were answered promptly.

Sue and the team made our honeymoon so so special, we literally cannot thank them enough, its was the perfect balance of safari, the giraffe manor and then the beach! Kenya is such a special place, the wildlife and views were incredible. Also everything was organised to perfection, we never had to lift a finger or worry about anything. Even internal flights, we didn't even have to check plane times, everyone just did it for us, it was the most relaxing time. Thanks so much Sue!!

Fabulous trip to Tanzania. Sue really listened to our requirements and our holiday had a great balance of activities, including safaris, hiking and snorkelling. All of the accommodation was great - very comfortable and appropriate for the locations.
Sue organised two wonderful safaris for our family of four over New Year. We spent two nights at Rufiji River Camp in Nyerere National Park and two nights at Lake Manze, both of which were absolutely fabulous and beautifully situated right by the river. The views were stunning.
We were warmly greeted by our hosts Millie and Shaun at Rufiji, and Malcolm at Lake Manze. Both camps created a superb family atmosphere with their teams, who were all incredibly hospitable. Our rooms were large and spotlessly cleaned each day, and the food was absolutely delicious throughout our stay.
The safaris themselves were amazing — we saw an incredible amount of wildlife, including wild dogs. Most of the time it felt like we were the only people in the park, as we were lucky not to be surrounded by other safari vehicles. The river safaris were also fantastic; it was brilliant to be so close to hippos and other wildlife.
Our trip was unforgettable and exhilarating — we loved every minute.
Thank you, Sue.

I have recently returned from a Tracks Safaris in Tanzania which was fantastic.
Sue Preater offered a very professional, excellent service and organised a superb safari for me. I liked her knowledge and experience of Africa and as a solo traveller liked the reassurance and attention to detail she gave. Sue was always easily contactable for any queries which was really helpful.
Thank you for an amazing holiday and would recommend Tracks Safaris for any trips in the future!

I have just returned from my 3rd Safari which was a return trip to the Okavango Delta. (2nd trip was Kenya)
Sue at Tracks Safaris put together yet another superb 3 camp tailored package, managing all aspects of the trip. The logistics were flawless and the trip itself was excellent in the locations, accommodations, service and wildlife sightings.
I recommend Tracks Safaris to anyone considering a safari. Sue will listen to what you want and using her extensive experience, provide you with a personalised safari utilising vendors that support responsible travel.
If you are considering a safari, use Tracks Safaris, you will not be disappointed.

As life long lovers of East Africa we wanted to pass on the experience to some of our family. We were so fortunate to find Tracks Safaris. True to its claim, “We get you close” we did indeed get incredibly close especially to the lions.
It became clear that Sue knew exactly what would suit all three generations and during just one phone call she came up with a plan. It had to fit in with half term dates for young teenage girls and working parents with enough time to see African wildlife at close quarters and the promise of white sands and palm trees and the coral reef.Sue was always easy to contact and answer our questions even when she was far away exploring new holiday destinations or at home in her office or at the weekend, and nothing was too much trouble.
Wherever we went we were welcomed by smiling and courteous Kenyans, delicious meals and welcome drinks. From Nairobi a 12 seater aircraft took us to the Porini Mara Camp. Surrounded by fluting birdsong by day, with bushbuck grazing outside the tent and families of monkeys and mongoose we often heard other animals at night. The small tented camp was perfect, each tent a blend of authenticity and comfort with all essential conveniences. We felt safe in our designated safari vehicle for six plus our excellent driver and spotter both so eloquent and knowledgeable. We experienced an intimacy with the animals, especially a pride of lions, and with the guides who knew where to find them, well off the beaten tracks and with no other vehicles in site.
At our hotel,on Diani Beach the staff were so calm and friendly. There was an abundance of fresh food, beautifully presented. All six the rooms were sited around a courtyard with garden and perfect pool just a few steps to a terrace leading down to white sands and the ocean.
Sue’s enthusiasm and familiarity with Africa made sure that our holiday was both exciting and peaceful with so many beautiful and very special memories to share.
We’re already planning another visit!

Sue was recommended by a friend in the St Albans u3a. We travelled via Johannesburg to Victoria Falls where we stayed at Insika Lodge for 3 nights. Sue booked us into the best room overlooking a small corner of the National Park so we could sit on the balcony watching warthogs, banded mongoose and a variety of birds including a kingfisher who constantly fished a little water hole directly outside our room. Wonderful location and modern a/c Lodge.
We then transferred to two other safari lodge in Hwange National Park, both excellent camps with superbly helpful staff and personal guides.
Returning firstly in a 6 seater charter flight was thrilling, seeing Africa from the air, then back via Cape Town.
Everything worked like clockwork. I would highly recommend Tracks Safaris !!

Sue came to the rescue when a long awaited holiday with another firm was cancelled. Within half a day she had put together a truly wonderful safari itinerary to Malawi. As it was last minute she managed to secure us a great price for a very high end holiday. She was friendly and approachable with an extensive knowledge. She will be the first person we call for our next African adventure.

This was the 3rd holiday organised by Sue at Tracks Safaris for my wife and I in the last 18 months. Just like the previous 2 this one didn't disappoint.
We asked Sue to plan a 4 week self-drive trip to Nambia and the result was truly epic. Everything ran like clockwork
Sue takes time to understand what you want from your trip and makes recommendations as to the areas best to visit.
Sue's then happy to come back with changes/alternatives until you're happy. We even added the curve ball of 2 additional people joining the trip part way through the time. This was not a problem, Sue amended the itinerary to make it work.
I would certainly recommend Tracks Safaris to organise your holiday.

Sue at tracks safaris was amazing throughout our entire booking process with her as well as the lead up to our honeymoon. She was always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions for us no matter how silly they were! She pointed us in the direction needed for visas as well as advice around the honeymoon itself. She was so patient with us as well when we had to postpone for a year due to personal circumstances. Sue couldn't do enough for us! It was a wonderful honeymoon, one we will treasure for the rest of our lives! We would highly recommend tracks safaris for your African holiday/s.

As a family group of 6 we have just returned from a safari trip organised by Sue from Tracks Safari’s. I met Sue almost 3 years ago at the travel show when we were first planning this trip and over the period of time Sue stayed in constant contact with myself where as other companies did not not bother. Sue’s professionalism and knowledge is why we decided to book with Tracks and she was so helpful from start to finish and the company that she uses for the actual Safari which is leopard tours were also amazing. We had our own guide Thomas for the whole 5 days who’s knowledge of the area and animals was superb, I must also say he had the eyesight of a hawk as he could spot things a country mile away Lol. On the whole I would highly recommend Tracks Safaris if you are thinking of doing a safari as Sue provides a professional and personal touch as it means everything to her to deliver the best service she can, thank you so much for the amazing experience you provided

We had been planning a safari for several months but weren’t fully satisfied with the packages we’d come across—until Track Safaris was recommended to us. We got in touch with Sue, who was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. After understanding what we were looking for, she put together a couple of tailored options featuring three camps in Kenya over nine days—all places she had personally visited.
Sue was always available to answer our questions and kept us regularly updated throughout the planning process. Her attention to detail made a real difference. For example, while on safari we met another couple who were frustrated with their travel agent—they hadn't been informed about visa requirements and had to sort them out at the airport. Thankfully, Sue had walked us through every detail in advance, including visa info, so we felt completely prepared.
In Kenya, we were met by Gamewatchers, who were fantastic. All the logistics—airport transfers, internal flights between camps—went smoothly and stress-free. We stayed at three Elewana camps: Tortilis, Loisaba, and Elephant Pepper Camp. Each one was stunning, with incredible service and unforgettable wildlife experiences. We saw all the animals we had hoped for and more. Each camp had a different topography.
I honestly cannot recommend Track Safaris enough. If you're planning a safari, speak to Sue—you'll be in excellent hands.

Sue took a personal approach in planning our trip. She had a detailed conversation leading to creation of options for us to choose. Her extensive experience of travelling in Africa was invaluable in ensuring we went to the right camps to meet our requirements.
She kept in touch regularly and answered any questions beforehand and rang promptly after we returned to check on our experience.
She visits the camps regularly which ensures that she understands the experience the guests will expect.
Booking the small aircraft flights was an essential part of this trip, and without exception these all went smoothly and with remarkable efficiency and coordination.
I will be using Tracks safaris in the future
