Incredibly helpful support team. The software is efficient and reliable, but compared to others I find it sometimes quite complicated. However the team has always been there to make up for it and sort it out very quickly.

the copy system is really quick, no latency, and the support answer fast to messages ; thank you ! would 100% recommand.
i tried first with the free plan to test and decided to buy for 1 year
i will come back in a year to give another feedback but until now it works great !
plus the fact that we can custom the slave's risk and protection is nice

Trash software, doesnt even work. Errorss/contact support Everything
So many errors, doesnt work at all. Always says contact support, disconnected, or fails to update settings. Tried to cancel my plan and i got an error there too. Software has tons of bugs, wouldnt work for me at all! Wasted my whole day trying everything to troubleshoot it.
Total trash.

I currently have 1 master and 1 Slave…
I currently have 1 master and 1 Slave paid subscription and had questions about have additional subscriptions would work and how my master would work in terms of subscription. Jacob patiently answered my questions and clarified everything clearly without leaving scope for any confusion. Great customer service. As for the Copier, i am very happy with the copier service which is albeit a bit expensive compared to Trade Copia which works out cheaper for non-cloud connection with 20 accounts. Also, duplikium is not approved by Take Profit Trader and hence i will need to look at alternatives when I have multiple Take Profit Trader Accounts. However, would highly recommend Duplikium overall.

Best trade copier!!!!
I've been with Duplikium for about a year, left and came back. I didn't leave because of Duplikium, I was manually trading for a while. But, I'm back and I have to say, this is by far the best copy service out there....and the prices are really cheap for what you get. CS is awesome....got an issue? They will go right in and fix it, you don't have to do a thing, just tell them what's going on and what you want. Copying from master to slave is lightning fast. I'll check the slave for entry match to the master and most of the time is exact, otherwise within a cent or 2 (I trade gold).... I've recommended Duplikium to friends and family who trade, they all love it!

Responsive and patient support
Excellent customer service from Jacob today. I had a configuration issue with the position sizing being copied to my prop firm accounts — the risk wasn't matching what I wanted. The support team took the time to explain everything clearly, resolve every ambiguity, and confirm the exact setting to apply. They even suggested a clever way to test the sizing risk-free, using pending orders, before going live. Lots of patience with my repeated questions, and precise answers every time. Powerful and flexible tool, backed by support that really makes the difference. Highly recommend.
