Phenomenal Customer Support/Services! And Precise Trade Copying
Phenomenal Customer Support/Services!
I am a prop firm trader who needed a copy trading solution, so I asked ChatGPT and I got referred to Duplikium, i signed up, made an account. Got the free 30EUR credits so I could give it a proper try before investing. And when I went to add my accounts I noticed the MT5 Server I needed wasn't available. I asked the AI Support ChatBot About it, and it told me to email Duplikium to request the server be added.
After sending in Email on after work hours and going to sleep, I wake up to see the Server cleanly added for my account in just a matter of a few hours! So I continued to add the two accounts, one as a Master and Slave. Then I noticed they were disconnected despite me adding them properly, so I thought to contact customer support once again but this time in the Live Chat inside the website, where a kind guy named Jacob just looked into my accounts and solved the problem and got both of them in connected and working order in a matter of 2 minutes! I placed a test trade to see the precision and speed of the Copying System, and the trades are Copied to the TICK on both accounts cleanly. I will definitely be using this service for many years to come. Very affordable too!

Being a private and corporate customer since 2019, the services have only improved. Support is outstanding and non-bureaucratic when things need fixing. The dashboard is a bit ‘full of things,’ but once you figure it out, everything is there in the right place.

Phantom trades and poor handling
I used Duplikium to copy trades from a master account, but my experience was very disappointing.
While they clearly state that the “Close By” function is not supported, the real issue I encountered goes beyond that. The system not only failed to correctly handle trade closures, but also resulted in an additional BUY position that was never opened on the master account.
This exposed me to unintended market risk and forced me to manage trades I did not initiate.
Support focused only on the “Close By” limitation and did not properly address this inconsistency. I received only a partial refund, despite the inconvenience caused.
Overall, I do not consider this a reliable system and would not recommend it to other traders.

We are sorry to see this review, especially as our support team spent considerable time trying to explain the origin of the issue you encountered. The problem described, including the orphan BUY position, was caused by the use of the “Close By” operation, which is explicitly not supported by the Trade Copier due to the risk of unexpected position behavior.
This limitation had already been clearly communicated to you before, yet the unsupported operation continued to be used afterward by you!
Despite this, and although the service had been actively and properly used for nearly one month, we still proceeded with a prorated refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though we were under no obligation to do so.
We would also like to remind that:
- Free credits and demo accounts are available to test the service before subscribing.
- The “Close By” limitation is clearly stated in our documentation and on our website.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the platform’s supported features match their intended usage.
The Trade Copier operated according to its documented specifications and known limitations, therefore the issue described does not result from a malfunction of the service itself.
We also have records confirming active usage of the service, including the use of unsupported operations that had been previously communicated.
Duplikium is operating since 2013, copying over 1M order per day, so trust us, if our service were not reliable, we would know it!
