We’ve had our windows and door from Tradeglaze Lincoln for a year now, and I’m still impressed. The team was brilliant—fast, professional, and very neat. Our house is concrete, which can be difficult to work on without damaging the walls, but they did a flawless job.
A special mention to Mike, who was amazing. Even after a year, everything still looks perfectly finished when I wash them down. Most importantly, we’ve noticed the house is about 2 degrees warmer inside! We couldn't be happier with the quality and service.

The composite front door on our 5 year old bungalow began to rub on the threshold as we opened or closed it, on spec, I emailed Tradeglaze on o Sunday asking if adjustment instructions were available. On Monday morning I received an email from Emma in the remedial department asking for our address details, and stating that an engineer visit was being arranged. Tuesday morning I received an email from Emma asking if an engineer could visit on Wednesday pm, and that the service would be free of charge.
Just after lunchtime on Wednesday the engineer arrived, performed the necessary adjustments, which took about 10 minutes and left. The door is now operating correctly again, for which I am very grateful, thanks to the team at Tradeglaze (Lincoln) and would have no hesitation in recommending the company based on their after sales service.

The gentleman from Tradeglaze, who came to correct a minor issue with our bifold doors, was professional and knowledgeable- we received first class service and would highly recommend this company. Their products are top quality and look great too.

After months of administration and engineering incompetence, I can confidently say I would not recommend Tradeglaze to anyone. I recently had a new conservatory roof and French doors installed on an existing conservatory. Whilst there were no issues with the tradesmen who installed the product, the poor administration and engineering processes from the company surrounding it were found to be significantly lacking.
After the installation of the products—turning a disused conservatory into a usable snug for my children—I spent months chasing Tradeglaze to secure a sign-off on the project in partnership with the local authority. This was never forthcoming and I was eventually informed that Tradeglaze had neglected to install a tie wire, failing to complete a key engineering requirement.
It appears that communication between Tradeglaze and Eurocell, the latter being the company who construct the roofing product, appeared to be chaotic. After several frustrating conversations with the inept Installations Manager, I was informed by the Office Manager that retrospective work would need to be carried out—after I had already gone to great expense decorating and furnishing the room. This caused further upheaval for my young family. Although the corrective work was eventually completed to a good standard, we entered into negotiations regarding compensation.
Both Tradeglaze and I agreed on a figure, and I requested a final settlement bill, which was provided. After settling this bill, two days later, I received a separate invoice for an amount equating to 45% of the agreed compensation amount. The reason for this was that the installation of the French doors was recorded on a separate invoice with different figures. This was not disclosed when I requested the final settlement bill.
Foolishly, I had placed my trust in Tradeglaze, believing they would act honestly. While they admitted to an internal communication error between the Accounts team and the Office Manager, I was still presented with an unexpected bill a week before Christmas.
My experience has been one of communication failures, delays in decision-making, and Tradeglaze reneging on a compensation agreement.
In conclusion, the experience left me and my family incredibly disappointed and let down.

They quoted me a price over the phone, based on my own measurements. They turned upon time for the survey and quickly gave me a date for installation. The price was the same as the quote. The installer turned up on time and did a good job. All good. The only possible improvement (although this a but picky) is that they didn't ring to confirm the installation. I phoned them the day before and they confirmed it. I was a bit worried because I have been let down by other companies not showing up as promised. Not this company btw. But it would have have reassured me if they had contacted me to confirm the installation was going ahead as planned. A small thing but important for me. If they had phoned to confirm, their service would be perfect

From the initial enquiry through to installation everything was straightforward and easy.

The installation guys hardly made any mess and everything was cleaned up great.
So pleased with my two new windows, quality products fitted very well.
Would definitely use Trade glaze again
Great communication with the sales team. 2 large fixed windows supplied on time and are a very good quality product. Even better was the price which was unbelievably competitive! Have recommended to others and would absolutely use again. Thanks
Tradeglaze and the sister company Jackson windows have supplied and built me a lovely porch yesterday.
I feel that I was kept informed throughout from planning to instalment.
This is a company that I feel you can rely on who have been very fair and helpful to me as I had a few special requests which they were able to supply.
My porch looks stunning.
I had a conservatory constructed by them 18 years ago and it still looks good hence the reason I returned to this company.
Special thanks to everyone involved.
Excellent Company. Very good service and reliable. I recommend it.
We ordered our conservatory on 14th Mar 2019. Last year during the pandemic the central pane in the Sunburst Gable developed condensation on the inside. I believe that this was a result of the gable initially being incorrectly fitted as it leaked above this pane, as the drain holes for the two panels above hadn't been drilled in the factory. To be clear the whole of our conservatory is fitted with Pilkington K Active Blue glass. Your fitters first visited in August last year and have so far visited 6 times over 7 months. Although friendly and keen to help I now have a bronze coloured pane right in the middle of the blue glass gable. This quite frankly looks ridiculous.
I consider that I have been very patient but I have lost faith that you can resolve this issue. This is compounded by the fact that at no point have your customer service been proactive and contacted me without prompting. I have now been waiting a week for the window manager to contact me, which I now consider rude and disrespectful but not surprising as he has failed to contact me during the past 6 months.
The series of visits has been as follows:
1. Fitter took a cardboard template of the panel
2. Fitter returned as the cardboard template was lost
3. Fitter returned with a new panel but it didn't fit by some margin. He split the blown panel leaving us with a single pane and took the other pane to act as a template
4. Fitter returned with a panel that fitted but was bronze colour
5. Fitter returned with a second new panel that fitted but was bronze colour
6. Fitter returned with a third new panel that fitted but was bronze colour
7. I asked to speak to manager as clearly the process is flawed
