I just wanted to edit the review and add some stars to Tradeinn because they did refund the whole amount paid. It took some time and effort but in the end they did resolve the issue. They should fix their customer support for sure, less AI bots, more humans.

Tradeinn is avoiding to address the issue with this order for almost a month now. I paid 79.42 EUR for the items that never even passed the customs and never got delivered. Customer support doesn't exist, after more then 10 emails I sent to them asking for help they only respond with AI Bot generated templates that do not help, nor address the problem. It appears that no human is working in customer support, emails are generic templates and their chat bot is just repeating it self over and over again.

⭐ 1/5 – Failed delivery, no accountability, endless template responses (Order 67563397)
I placed an order on March 25, 2026 (Order 67563397) with a promised delivery between March 30 and April 1.
Today, more than 3 weeks later, the order has still not been delivered.
What makes this experience unacceptable is not just the delay, but how it has been handled:
* I contacted Tradeinn more than 20 times.
* Every time I received the same generic template response about “possible shipping issues”.
* None of my actual questions were addressed, and no concrete solution was provided.
Meanwhile, DPD (the shipping company) confirmed that the parcel is currently under **internal inspection due to suspected damage**, meaning the shipment has not even been completed.
Despite this, Tradeinn repeatedly told me to:
* check tracking
* visit a parcel shop
Both of which are irrelevant, since the parcel is not in a deliverable state.
I also requested cancellation early (April 1) when the delivery promise was already missed. This request was refused, and the shipment was continued anyway.
Now, after I formally withdrew from the contract due to failed delivery, Tradeinn is asking me to provide **photos of the damaged product and packaging** — which is impossible, because I never received the package in the first place.
At this point:
* The goods have not been delivered
* The parcel is likely damaged
* Customer support is not addressing the actual issue
* I have been pushed into a situation where I had to initiate a chargeback via my bank
This shows a complete lack of:
* accountability
* problem resolution
* customer support
If something goes wrong with your order, you may end up dealing with automated responses and no real help.
I strongly recommend avoiding this shop and buying from a retailer with proper support.

The second time ordering from this company. They are very reliable, quick and package the products safely. No need for contact with customer service, so I can't say anything about that - but that's a good thing. Will absolutely buy from them again.

I ordered headphones for my daughter's birthday on 04/04. Delivery was expected on 14th - 17th of April. Delivery was delayed, and the headphones arrived late on 24/04.
They are nice, well packed. My daughter loves it.
Next time, please give a more reliable delivery date.

I ordered some dirt bike parts. The problem is that I had no idea these parts would be imported. It turns out UPS left a COD note for $39.90 that I had to pay in addition to what I had already paid to TradeInn for the purchase and delivery. The fact that I may have to pay additional import duties was never disclosed, yet the customer service agent acted as if it were my reponsibility to know that duties could be charged for the delivery of the products. This is a deceptive practice in that I never knew additional charges were possible. Yet, the agent acts as if this is my responsibility to know. And now that I know, you can be assured that I will not be buying again from this shady operation.

Bought a gas on glass hob, arrived broken into pieces. I raised a return and refund request on 27th of February and chased them for weeks. Still no refund return authorization.
Edit after reply: Order number 66172163. I literally have 5 emails from you saying you are "reviewing" my case for nearly 2 months now, but no actual action.

Very unfortunate and unpleasant experience with this online platform. All procedures are significantly slower compared to other retailers, and there is no free return option.
I returned the package on the same day I received it (27/03) because the quality of the jacket did not meet my expectations. The return was delivered on 13/04, but as of today (20/04), I have received no confirmation—neither that the item has been accepted nor that a refund will be issued.
This lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I will not use this platform again.

Be careful about the “fast delivery” that some listings advertise, claiming your order will arrive in just two days. If you’re traveling, make sure you have at least 5–7 days of buffer before placing your order. You’ll usually still receive your package, but the shipping is often not as fast as they suggest.

I did an order 14 dags ago, and my estimated delivery time was 16-20th of April. Tuesday last week I get an email saying my order is being packed, I still haven’t received my order as it has not been send. Have texted them multiple times and kept being told that my package will be send within a few hours (lovely autogenerated reply).. I have then asked since Saturday for my order to be cancel, to now be told that my order is delayed due to an energy product.. which had been marked as in stock since the day I did my order.. such a bad customer service experience and now I can’t cancel my order as it is apparently being packed, so all the energy products I order for a trip, I now can’t return because they didn’t provide me with updates on my order.. don’t waste your time and money here! And even worse, they cash in the money before they send the order!

I paid for this order on 19 March 2026.
The parcel was rejected by PostNL on 25 March due to transport security screening and returned inside the EU before reaching Armenia. Since that date there have been no updates and no confirmation that the parcel has arrived back at the warehouse.
Almost one month has passed and no refund has been issued.
I contacted customer support many times but I receive only automated template replies that do not match the tracking information. It is extremely difficult to reach a human agent and the support system feels like an inaccessible wall instead of real customer assistance.
There is still no clear information about the return status and no refund timeline.
I am requesting manual review of this case by a human agent and confirmation of the refund processing date.

If i write this experience, it is to be sure that my reclamation gets heard by TradeInn's service.
2 weeks ago, i ordered black trousers on this website that i already had ordered earlier but for my brother.
The thing is that Google put the wrong adress with the ''Autofill'' option, which had led the destination not to be my building but the whole postal code.
This mess led to my parcel to be undelivered because of ''Erreur d'Acheminement'' and 3 days later, to be heading back to the sender.
Being unsure of what happenned, i asked the Chat Bot about my situation and the latter one told me that even if i was going to get refunded, they'll surely take a part of the prize because of the fact that i dont live in the EU.
They also couldn't help with e-mails, replying to the two i've sent with a generic reply which tells me that it's underway (while the tracking told me that it has left the swiss territory Saturday) (i know that i sent them on a sunday, but the users often say that they dont reply anymore after this).
This is why i've decided to put a neutral review so my situation gets more chances of being seen.
Otherwise, the last time i've ordered with them (and put the right adress manually), no real matter happenned and i got delivered after 12 days with the right product and the right size.

1) The shoe box was pretty beat up. I suspect that the shoes are either 2nd quality, or re-sold customer returns from the manufacturer. I had some complaints about the fitment, which I usually never have with all my previous Ultraboosts. 2) They got the shoes back on April 9th and I still haven't received my refund, hence I opened a paypal case to speed this up. It's beyond an acceptable return window timing. So if they are experiencing many returns, this strengthens my 1st point. So I learned my lesson not to buy shoes from these type of ''discount'' websites, you get what you pay for.

Avoid using this company. If you send goods back they take weeks to refund you, and when they do it’s not the amount you paid. I have been in a dispute with them for a week now, they simply can’t get a calculator work out the purchase price less the shipping costs to get the refund amount. I’ll now have to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back that will take a few more weeks.
