Was given a delivery date for an item, once this date had passed with no delivery they just kept adding another day on until after 1 month I received an email saying I was being refunded. Poor service if reliant on an item.

My order #67252046 was supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago. The tracking number doesn't work, and when I submit a ticket, I get an automated message with another tracking number that also doesn't work. It's been 3 weeks and my order that was supposedly shipped from Spain has still not arrived to France.
Update: as you can see below, the company said "Sent us your order number". Send where??? :)))

This company is not serious about shipping dates.
I ordered an item which was expected to arrive in 3-5 days. It took 25 days to arrive.
For 3 weeks, the tracking information said that the parcel was ready to be delivered. There clearly was a problem with the shipment, but neither tradeinn nor the courier offer any help.
It took so long that I had to buy from a different seller in order to meet a deadline.
When I asked for some solution, the customer service refused to offer any compensation or return.

I ordered a pair of pants a month ago. The order shipped from their service center, but after 2 days, they lost track of it.
I've sent numerous reports to their service center and still haven't received a valid response. Neither new product and a refund, as requested numerous times.
At this point, they can even keep the money I spent, but certainly they aren't able to solve such a simple problem.
It's the same message you've sent me every time I've asked for information in the last month.
How long does it take you to resolve this? A week, a month, a year?

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
On two separate occasions, with two different orders, Tradeinn has made mistakes with my address. The first package was delivered to an access point 45 minutes away. When I contacted them, they clearly hadn’t read my message and simply replied that they couldn’t change the delivery, taking no accountability. The package has now been returned to them and I still haven’t received a refund.
On the second occasion, I ordered a higher-value item and paid extra for Tracked Post. It was sent via DPD, but my address details were incomplete. I received the same automated response to both of my messages.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m genuinely surprised at the lack of accountability, and I’m now having to resolve this through a PayPal dispute.
I would strongly advise against buying from this company.

5-day late delivery, forced to collect my package in person at the courier's depot due to an alleged "incomplete address," and support that was completely useless.
When I asked why my order was delayed, they replied saying they don't process cancellations after dispatch — I never asked for a cancellation. Then I received a follow-up email telling me the order was marked as delivered and offering return options. Nobody explained the delay. Nobody answered what was actually asked.
Poor courier choice, no communication, support running on random auto-replies. Avoid.

first time using this company and doubt I will use them again. Sure they are very competitive but their shipping and comms are appalling. Ordered some ski poles end of March, get confirmed that they would be delivered 6/7th April. They didnt ship them until the 9th April and when I asked where they were and why the delay, standard scripted response about " track your delivery here " and " may have delays due to quarantine etc" I doubt my ski poles will be quarantined. So here we are nearly two weeks later and still nothing...

I have returned an order 2 weeks ago. On my Tradeinn profile, it says that the returned order has been delivered, the same with GLS. Yet when I contact support, which I've done for the third time now, they keep saying that the order has not been delivered to them yet.
So what am I to believe?

Tempting at low prices and ..... Fake - indefinite delivery time. You will pay and most likely will not receive the goods on time. You will cancel the order and wait again for the money to be refunded. It is a swamp in which you can hardly dig your way to the shore. If you are a complete beggar and you have a lot of time, you can try to use the services of this office.

I ordered sneakers that are the wrong size und returned them. A month ago und i have still not my money back. Meanwhile i ordered a bigger size also a month ago und have not recieved them, only an email that says my ordered is delayed for an unknown reason. Now im missing more than 300 euros.

On my previous review of the company I gave them a one star rating. I was complaining on how I wanted my refund as I cancelled my order due to the bad reviews that they had. I’m glad to say I was refunded back my money in a space of 2 weeks.

I’ve ordered multiple things over the last few years. They are typically the lowest price, but they are also the slowest to ship (2-3 weeks) compared to any of their competitors. The order confirmation email includes anticipated shipping dates that are never met. If you need something quickly, look elsewhere.

Slow and misleading delivery. My package was estimated to arrive 1 April, but only came on 14 April. I understand it is only an estimate, but the variance of 2 weeks is too big and unusual for online shopping anywhere. I had bought from diveinn for the first time because the price was cheaper and delivery time was acceptable. Had they been transparent about their delivery estimates, which I now see is a consistent user experience, I would definitely not have purchased. Delivery statuses from PostNL were also very unhelpful, it was stuck in transit for 10 days i thought the parcel was lost. Overall stressful experience if you are preparing for a trip. I would avoid.

Ordered items "in stock" (order no 67542412) to a DPD parcel shop (as recommended from their site) on 24. March 2026, today is the 14. April 2026 and I have received neither my items nor my money back. I contacted the support but every time I just get a generic AI message that does not even remotely answer my question/demand.
The customer service is beyond bad and the delivery takes ages or as in my case does not arrive. There is no possibility to cancel the order, only to "RETURN" the items: I cannot return something I have not received. No help from their side since only bots are answering the customer support.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
