Good communication. Fitters (Alfie & Ty) were excellent and went the extra mile.

Update : These were fitted 4 months ago and I have waited for a little while to see how they performed before writing this. I can say that we are very pleased with them and would be happy to recommend Trademark to anyone interested in new uPVC windows

Trademark were working nearby and asked if interested in a quotation. Quotation provided immediately following measurements in a polite and no-pressure manner. I did check out showroom and was impressed by variety of displays, whereupon accepted quote.
The installation was a few weeks later and installers were extremely polite, efficient, and tidy, whilst also ensuring a decorator's finish internally (no diy work of any sort required by me).
I certainly would recommend their services and will be a returning customer if ever required again.

We had a new front door fitted yesterday, it was a seamless fitting, excellent tradesmen, no damage at all taking out the the old door. The door is beautiful we are very pleased. I have used Trademark Windows in the past for my French Doors, they are still giving a first class service, I would recommend this Company without hesitation.

Very helpful on the best approach for our new window that needed to accommodate two small rooms. The result was excellent and is working well for us. The people who dealt with us were very professional and knowledgeable. We would higher recommend them.

The service from this company was outstanding. There was a small issue with a replacement door which had slipped slightly. I telephoned at 9.00 am and it was fixed the same day!

The fitters arrived as planned. The work was carried out by efficient and friendly fitters. They left leaving the rest of the house surrounds neat and tidy.

Two guys came to fit our windows today. Blaine and colleague took out the old windows and tidied out the areas carefully before fitting our two new windows. They were lovely and friendly and very professional with their work. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend Trademark. Great service. We have used Trademark a few times now for replacing windows. The service end to end is slick, efficient and friendly professional. I would recommend as are reliable, trustworthy and reliable. Alfie and team did a great job recently installing some French doors.

Credit where credit is due, I can not recommend Billy and the team enough, our front door broke last week and we could not leave the house as it would not lock, he had someone out within the hour to measure and get a new door ordered and then sent another team out to temporarily fix our existing door all within 24 hours of me calling him. When we told my mother that our front door needed replacing, her immediate response was, "Call TradeMark". She told us what a great experience she'd had with the team when she needed to replace her back door.
We took my mum's advice and can confirm she was right! The engagement with Adam through to the installation team was excellent. The team were punctual on the installation day and very polite. Blaine also visited to make sure everything was OK. The door looks fantastic too.

Alfie and Ty were very good. Arrived early, got to work straight away, were polite and informative, discussed what they were about to do so we were okay with the installation process, cleaned and tidied as the work progressed, made good with trim, filler etc, and showed how the locking systems worked on both doors before finishing. All in all an excellent experience and we are very pleased both with the work and the finished product. Thank you.
