Great service. We have used Trademark a few times now for replacing windows. The service end to end is slick, efficient and friendly professional. I would recommend as are reliable, trustworthy and reliable. Alfie and team did a great job recently installing some French doors.

Credit where credit is due, I can not recommend Billy and the team enough, our front door broke last week and we could not leave the house as it would not lock, he had someone out within the hour to measure and get a new door ordered and then sent another team out to temporarily fix our existing door all within 24 hours of me calling him. Arrived early, got to work straight away, were polite and informative, discussed what they were about to do so we were okay with the installation process, cleaned and tidied as the work progressed, made good with trim, filler etc, and showed how the locking systems worked on both doors before finishing. TradeMark replaced 3 windows and have done a very good job. They were clean and tidy when working. I selected this company as they replaced a roof panel that was smashed in the recent high winds when a roof tile became dislodged. They completed this job at a very reasonable price and quickly as we were exposed to the weather. Would certainly recommend them.

Replaced two windows and two doors for various reasons. Sales process was polite and not pushy, no pretend deadlines. Time between making the purchase to installation was as originally estimated. Installation took two days as predicted. Installers were friendly, very tidy and did a great job. Happy to have used them. Hope to use again in the future for another 3 windows.

Initially just had patio door and back door installed by them but was so impressed with their service and workmanship that I’ve now had all my windows replaced too. The whole service was good. Several new windows and 2 doors fitted. The fitters were professional and we were grateful for how considerate they were in the house.

Our windows were installed by Trademark 18 years ago - we were pleased and have always had good after-sales service - until recently....
They came and looked at the work needed...said they would call with an estimate(some of the work was tricky)...had to be chased...sent another rep who came at a time different from that arranged...still no estimate...more chasing...finally spoke to the Director...profuse apologies...another guy came didn't understand the brief... took a lot of pictures...more chasing...eventually said the job was 'outside their remit' (whatever that means!) SO..four months on from our first contact with TradeMark...we had made no progress whatsoever... poor customer service, very poor communication...very disappointing...

New front door - assistant at the showroom very helpful. Not the best start when they took the wrong telephone number ( I chased), then the fitter forgot to book our appointment (I chased). Accepted an 8 week build time ( xmas and Covid) door arrived with scratched letterbox and door handle, went to lock the door and the spindle can out in my hand. Engineer came out that day and repaired all the problems. New problem when the door is closed it rattles, phoned the showroom two over two weeks ago and no reply - I am am not going to chase you to come and fix. £2k on a new door and it rattles - you decide if you want to go with a local company and accept suboptimal service and poor products
