Traderprotection 

We have not approached this company but our inboxes are full of spam from them from disposable email addresses. Despite unsubscribing, we keep getting emails from new addresses.

Don't trust Trader Protection, they are useless and not capable to recover scammed money. They charge high fees but they are not trustworthy.

Completely shambolic, STAY AWAY from these lot.
They were all professional and quick to respond when trying to get me to pay for their services. Once I paid, they were initially quick to carry out the investigation.

But then correspondence broke down, I haven't heard from them in months, been trying to contact Alan Tepfer, no reply.

Absolutely disgusting, do not pay for their services.
I would give a zero if I could.

I have been trying to get in contact with them for over 3 months now. No luck, all they did is send me a pdf of crypto traces and went cold from then on, even after promising steps that they will follow up.

Alan Tepfer done an amazing job to help me recover the money i lost to a trading scam. got me back thousands that i thought had gone forever.

Been trying to get hold of Trader Protection and mine is not connecting and no response via email. Feels like a scam.

HELLO ARE YOU THERE I PAID YOU FOR A SERVICE!

Last year, I was approached via Online Trading portal. With a precise scam tactic they convinced me to invest thousands. First with small amounts they showed me how easy is to make profit, but it was just a lure. In a couple of months I lost a huge amount.
In October'22 I contacted Traderprotection, after I read about the recovery service in the reviews here in Trustpilot.
Five months later, with their help and expert advices, I received the total amount back in my account. I recommend them 100%.

I contacted this company as I been scammed online. The amount wasn't that big so the company couldn't help me (high costs to recover my losses). But still I got free advice what can I do. Which was helpful. Thank you!

I got in touch with this company as have been scammed by an online retailer selling goods that never got delivered and I’ve lost almost £700 … this company can’t help me as it would cost too much to recover that amount but they very kindly pointed me in the right direction as to whom I should contact and why, literally an hour or so after I contacted them ! They have been wonderfully helpful and kind and I’m very grateful for their advice .. thank you !

I haven’t done business with them directly just because of how small my case is but when I emailed Mike Wosk he gave me good advice that I should contact my bank for a chargeback request so thank you that is very useful especially when you feel you have no options

Mike was helpful and gave actions that were detailed. It would help me in the unfortunate situation that I got myself in. Hope they get to help more people

I contacted Trader protection in relation to a complaint I had with an on-line travel agent. A representative contacted me promptly but unfortunately I was busy at that time so he arranged a further call at a more convenient time. He called me back at the agreed time and actively listened as I outlined my problem. Unfortunately Traderprotection were unable to take on my case because of the amount of money involved (less than £3000) however the representative took the time and made the effort to steer me on to an appropriate path to have my issue dealt with and sent me some helpful links to assist me.
I commend the Representative for his care and diligence and should the need arise in the future, Trader protection will be my first port of call.

Mike promptly replaied to my emails and studied my situation in depth. Despite I'm not financially able to proceed with solicitors help, he understood how I feel and offered some useful advice. Kind and professional. I would recommend this service.

Had some really good advice from Mike, although he couldn't do much with my case. The advice was invaluable which I've taken on board and use to my advantage.
