The new re-branded company's employee Ori Murray is totally unprofessional and arogant.
After months when nobody contacted me and I had to do my own research on internet to find out that the company I was working with was re-branded and finally I could find a contact, the first question I received from mister Murray when he called me was: "Why did you gave us a 1 star review?", like I had to justify myself.

After mister Wayne Goodman took my case while he was with Wealth Recovery Experts we agreed due to the case nature to a no win no fee contract or 50% from the recovered money which was quite substantial (you forgot to mention this).
As I said above, at one moment I could not reach mister Wayne Goodman anymore and nobody from this new company informed me that he is not working with them anymore or they did not reassigned another person for my case.

Therefore, the review is for you, mister Murray and for how the new re-branded company managed my case.
I hope now you are less confused.

I would never pay these recovery companies any money up-front because in this industry, they are always pretending to have had similar cases and higher chances to win the case, but, in reality, they are making money from the first fee. I must say that I was happy how mister Wayne Goodman was working, very professional, I recommend him, maybe this is why he left this company - different principles.

I had paid for an item using Paypal, but when I did not receive any delivery instructions I became suspicious that I may have been scammed. Trader protection were able to confirm that I had indeed been scammed, and advised on how to reclaim my money from Paypal.

WRE helped me recover almost all of my funds. They were upfront in the beginning to advise that any funds transferred via electronic methods would be unlikely to be recovered, however funds paid by credit card have a good chance for recovery Sure enough we were able to recover every single dollar that was via my credit card. It did take many months so you need patience. Mainly because the bank took it's time along the way with every step. Thank you WRE as without your help I would have lost all my money.

I contacted WRE to help get my money back from an investment scam company, they were very helpful and took time to explain every eventuality of what was going to happen, unfortunately on this occasion my bank was not helpful at trying to get my money back and despite WRE efforts they dropped the case and said they can not do anything.

I experienced a fraud last summer and Wealth Recovery Expert were very helpful with their advice. It had the effect of my bank reimbursing me for the money so I was happy to pay for that. Fortunately the fraud I experienced was not for a huge sum of money and had it been so I might have found their percentage for recovering it quite high, but as it was only a modest loss I was quite content. I contacted RWE to resolve a problem concerning unathorised transfers which my bank was not pursuing energetically enough. They were supportive and knowledgeable about the type of situation I was in.
