I had a bit of an issue with a payout. Got in touch via chat spoke to a guy called Marco and was all sorted within a couple of hours.

Honestly this prop firm is creme de la creme. Minimum fuss and they do everything like exactly what it says on the tin. I had my first pay out certificate within less than 24 hours. Just be carefull following their rules and you will be looked after by them nicely. Highly recommended and unlike other prop firms no sneeky tricky rules to fail you.

There’s lots of rules and some can seem confusing, but once you understand them and stick to them you can get a payout. I had 3 payouts rejected due to breaking the rules but I finally got it accepted the 4th time. The Support team are always quick to respond to emails and helpful.

I’ve been using TraderScale for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a really smooth experience.
What I appreciate the most is how fair and straightforward their rules are.
There’s no guessing or worrying about hidden conditions everything is clearly laid out from the start, which makes it much easier to just focus on trading.

Another thing that really stood out to me is their customer support. I’ve reached out a couple of times with questions, and every time they were quick to respond and actually helpful, not just sending generic replies. You can tell there are real people behind it who care about helping you.

Overall, I feel comfortable trading with TraderScale.
It’s one of the few platforms where I don’t feel stressed about rules or support.
Marco has been epic in dealing with any issues I have had, everything just works the way it should.
Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something reliable and actual payouts

I have been trading with traderscale for 1 year now and never had any issues with them as a prop firm, they are very fair and always attend to any issues that arise, whereas other prop firms don’t take the time to really deal with issues, the traderscale management team are second to none when it comes to dealing with issues and to my belief are one of the top prop firms out there. I would recommend anyone to trade with traderscale if they want fair treatment and actual payouts.

Really good PropFirm, after a lot of failed on account of my own psychologiy, i finally got a payout, it was not easy but keep trying and trust you, honesly if you respect your trading plan and traderscales'rules it a propfirm for you. The support answer me quickly Good PropFirm !
