My experience with TraderScale has been good so far. The platform works stably and the rules are clear if read carefully. The 10-day inactivity rule is strict, but it teaches you discipline and consistency in trading. Overall, the conditions are fair and I recommend traders to follow the rules carefully to avoid problems.

Another payout approved, honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rules are very clearly listed unlike other prop firms, I prefer the step 2 challenges personally for not having to worry about the consistency rule and a few other perks. I’ve breached accounts before, my own fault for breaking the rules which is what you need to learn discipline so actually they are helping in the long run and every breach is a lesson. A total of $24,000 received in the last 3 months .

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would — unfortunately, that’s not an option.
My payout was rejected with the explanation that I “breached” my account. If I truly breached the account, why was I never notified when it supposedly happened? Why wait until I reached an 11% profit on my $100K funded account and then suddenly reject my payout? It feels like they waited until I qualified for a payout just to deny it and get my hopes up. That is completely unacceptable.
They referenced a PnL of $2,368.61 and “scalping” profits totaling $2,411.80. Even if I accept their explanation, that only accounts for $4,780.41. What about the remaining $6,209.59 in profits? At the very least, that portion should have been paid out.
Instead, they refused to pay anything at all. It took me three months to reach 11% profit, following the rules as I understood them, only to be told “no payout” at the end. The lack of transparency, communication, and fairness is extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, I previously left a negative review and was then emailed by their Chief Officer, Liam, who told me that if I deleted my review, they would reinstate my account. I deleted the review as requested — and then received no response at all. Because of that, I am reposting my review. The communication is extremely poor, and after being a member with their firm for three months, I clearly do not feel valued at all.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Another payout received with no issues. I’ve had 4 payouts since November and honestly no issues. The team are really fast to answer any questions and the rules are all there in black and white. I actually find the consistency rule on the speedy accounts has made me a better trader, I no longer chase trades due to FOMO. Can’t rate Traderscale enough, far better service than any other prop firms I’ve used.

If your goal is to become a consistently profitable and professional trader, then TraderScale is the firm for you.

The rules are by far the worst in the industry, no multiple trades to average out position.
40% consistency forces you to keep trading even when you are in decent profit.
Just avoid them at all costs.
I've had trades close then check history and $70 is missing.
I've also had trades close randomly without hitting stop loss or to.

They have been professional, courteous, and lightning-fast with their replies. You can tell they actually value their traders, which gives me huge peace of mind knowing any problems will be handled properly. Highly recommended!

Helpful team and very responsive

Almost 1 year with TraderScale so far and I'd say it is one of the best prop firm there is out there, although, my opinion can be subjective. Overall, 90% experiences with them are positive, interface of their platform is user friendly and payouts are quite fast, especially at the beginning of the week (within 48 hours). If you are unsure or made some mistakes, better email them before applying for payout so you don't get refused.
