Right goods no option to speed up delivery using good carrier dpd couldn't understand why it took so long

I bought cistern and frame for wall hanging toilet and flushplate. ordered it on saturday and it arrived the following wednesday. in between i changed the order on the Monday over the phone. was a bit anxious this would screw things up on delivery, but it went fine. Price was very good on the products i bought compared to other online retailers and can't fault the service.

The order was delivered right on time.

We recently ordered a bath mixer tap and basin taps from Trade Taps ,and we were delighted with not only the price which was very competitive but the service which was quite excellent. Our order arrived well packaged within 24hrs on standard delivery. Great service.

Grate Prices, but disappointed with deliver. As it appeared from the web site that if I placed my order before a set time, it would be delivered next working day. However this did not happen.

Brilliant service - product as described, arrived promptly with a courier who I could track through GPS.

I have not fitted the frame yet but have fitted the frame in the past and they are very good. I would recommend Trade taps for price and service.

Looked for a specific tap and found it at a reasonable price. I did check the reviews on Tradetaps.com and visited the shop to check them out. Didn't get the e-mail, as promised, to say when it would be delivered, so lucky I was in during the working week when it was delivered. That said it looks good, though I have yet to fit it to my Fathers sink in his house.

Needed replacement Geberit cistern urgently. Was delivered next day as promised. Good work!!

I ordered Bidet taps and waist, over 3 months ago, after 2 weeks they sent me an email saying out of stock will send in 2 weeks when new stocks arrive, since then they have sent me 2 more email with the same info, would be nice if they offered an alternative, but no they just make you wait, took the money though, Not Happy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
