Ordered shower tray with waste trap on Friday and said would be a 24 hour delivery but not on a weekend, therefore expected Monday. It arrived on the Tuesday without the waste trap. Apparently they are sent separately and they can't tell me when the trap will arrive. My plumber is booked for Wednesday but I'll have to delay him.
Don’t order from this company if you have any kind of timescale/expectations

AVOID! - Appalling company

Customer Service is none existent. Tried to return an item that was not suitable. They will not reply to e-mails and there is no telephone number to call, although I doubt they would answer if there was. Stay well clear of this company. Very surprised B&Q have anything to do with them.

This dodgy outfit trade under quite a few names - one of which is GravaHaus. They have no customer service which wouldn't be an issue if they were not so shockingly awful. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear.

Do not trust Dramco/Gravahaus within B&Q online

Ordered built in toilet, seemed ok when taken out of the box. When plumber came to fit, he said did i notice a hairline crack at the top of the toilet next to the fixings for the toilet seat. I hadn't, but by then it was too late cost wise to send the plumber away & not have a toilet. I emailed gravahaus via B%Q website form and this resulted in many too and fro emails asking for different photos. Eventually they said that it was over 90 days and couldn't do anything! NO!! if they had looked at the order no; and data, it was only 2 weeks, for which i told them in another email.I asked for a a part refund for the damage but they wormed out of that too.
To add insult to injury I looked at the same item on B&Q and saw the price had gone down from £199.95 to 152.95. Gravahaus and B&Q would not even refund the difference.
I wish i had seen these other reviews on here first. I hope no one else buys from them, they should not be trading

Awful company

Awful company
I ordered a heated towel rail on the B&Q website, not realising that they use third party sellers!
If I had known then I wouldn't have bothered, what an absolute shower of s***e company they are.
The item never got delivered by DHL(another shower of s***e company)
I would never ever order from them again

Shoddy customer service

Ordered bulky item on-line through B&Q. No option on delivery date was given, and when order was completed, delivery timescale was given as the following day or the day after.

My carpenter was due to fit it 10-days after I’d placed the order, so within 10-minutes of ordering, I contacted them using the link provided - this was shortly after 4pm. At 5:30pm, I received a message telling me that the item was already loaded and it was too late to change. I pointed out that the situation was a result of their failure to act on customer messages, and asked them to treat this as a complaint, escalate and reconsider.

I received an apology from the same contact centre agent, that they were unable to do anything. Very shoddy.

So I had to live with it until the carpenter arrived.

It gets worse though - the item is faulty. It was fitted correctly and to the manufacturer’s instructions. Indeed the faulty part came pre-assembled, so not down to carpenter.

It will have to be de-installed and a replacement re-installed, all of which is chargeable.

Don’t deliver

Ordered item last week and said would be a day or two. Still not arrived a week later and has messed up renovation plans. Don’t order from this company if you have any kind of timescale/expectations of receiving whatever you’ve ordered in a few days

Dramco Ltd also trade under Gravahaus…

Dramco Ltd also trade under Gravahaus through B and Q warehouse.
Bought a hung toilet and cistern package from them which arrived broke. They refused to take away the broken pan. They have no regard for the Consumer Rights Act 2015, refusing to pay for carriage costs to return the broken goods.
