My own experience with Trade wet rooms
Ordered a wet room screen, sent out with DX logistics via an over night delivery, didn't arrive, a week of emails to trade wet rooms and they sent another, DX lost that one too! Trade wet room strung me along with "there waiting for conformation on where it is" and "they are trying to find the item" for over another week telling me they are awaiting information from DX delivery company, cant contact DX, literally on the phone on hold for 1hr 45mins and they hung up 4 times in total! trade wet rooms never answer the phone..at all! (try them for yourself) your only option is to email them and wait from them to tell you they are looking into it and awaiting information from the delivery company, which is usually 24 hours each time, I would highly recommend using a company who are competent and save yourself your time and your customers frustrations.
I'm told i will receive a refund in 4-5 days, terrible unnecessary experience, and no sense of customer care felt at all.

Ordered (Friday) an Impey Wetguard system, telephoned to check it was in stock and would be delivered the next working day (Monday), Trade WetRooms confirmed delivery on Monday.
Requested Courier/Tracking information, advised its not available, amazed 👎.
Courier arrived on Monday, only 4 of 6 boxes on the delivery, didn't know where the rest were, advised to contact Trade Wetrooms.
Contacted Trade WetRooms, they didn't know what was in each of the missing packages, even though advised it was packages 5 & 6, advised it was the manufacturers issue.
Completed inventory and advised missing products.
The next day (Tuesday), Trade Wet Rooms advised it should arrive by 12:30, and to recontact if it didn't arrive.
At 13:45 no delivery, advised Trade Wet Rooms, finally delivered after 14:00.
The amazing occurrence, is that although no Courier / Tracking infomation was available, Trade WetRooms knew within minutes that the delivery had been completed ☹.
Asked for refund of the high delivery charges, or a Cusomer Service gesture for wasting 2-days, Trade Wetrooms refused.
Have now placed next order elsewhere and found no delivery charges.

Credit given when credit is due, I was a bit dubious as some of the reviews on here are not great! however I called before I ordered and the contact centre (uk) was very helpful, I had already done my research but for price of mind I asked the questions that I already knew! And the customer service advisor was great, prompt to find out the answers.
I wanted Nuance Bush boards and tradewetrooms.com were substantially cheaper than other companies I looked at. I placed my order on the Wednesday and it was delivered perfectly on the Friday.
I will definitely be using them again and would recommend to others

Shambles company. Ordered wall hung toilet with grohe frame and I received cheaper brand frame and cistern, Dramco doesn't see anything out of order here. Email? Phone number? Good luck trying to contact them, phone just plays wait tone, emails are taking forever to reach them... Possibly delays on broadband side... Excuse after excuse. Avoid like a disease that this group of crooks is.

Avoid at all cost. Paid for next day delivery on the Friday. Chased on the Tuesday and they stated that they had a banner on the website stating delays. She was insistent however there was nothing at my end. I have a screenshot to prove this.
Staff stated that the deliveries would begin again the following day. Refused to refund next day delivery “because of the banner”. Said tha they couldn’t take next day delivery from the website as was just for that one product. Cancelled in the end after a week wait. Have chased twice for a refund. I ordered an Impey aqua dec on Saturday 20 November and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery to ensure it will be supplied on time. I called on 23 November and was told it would be delivered either 23rd or 24th and they didn’t give me any estimated time. Called on 24th again and they told me it’s with the driver and will be delivered by 6pm! Nobody ever showed up or contacted. I called again on 25th morning and after many calls back and forth I was told they don’t know where my order is! They said they will have to dispatch another item, about which I’m highly sceptical, and they said it would be delivered before lunch time on 26th. Many calls and emails again on Friday 26th but my order NEVER arrived. This is OUTRAGEOUS.
My plumber couldn’t do his job for the full week due to the incompetence of this company and unwillingness to resolve the issue. They just say sorry but never do anything to actually solve the problem.
I will request a refund on Monday and hope I can at least have my money back.
Avoid this company and order elsewhere if you don’t want a massive headache, time and money wasted.

My experience…..
Ordered an Impey wet room membrane on 15th November (before 2pm) and paid for 1-2 days delivery. This was being delivered to our holiday home so my husband made a 4 hour round trip on Monday evening to leave the garage open, to ensure no issues with delivery. I added these instructions to my order.
My tiler has arrived today to find that the item has not been delivered. No contact of any description from this company to advise of any issues. On contacting them, they’ve been unable to reschedule delivery for another 3 days, by which time my tiler will have moved to another job. At this stage I’m paying a tiler, who is unable to proceed with the work due to the incompetence of this company. Requested call backs on 2 occasions, got emails instead. No ownership and no real desire to resolve my issue.
I’ve requested a written response to my complaint but not hopeful of getting one.
Please avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute Shambles of a company. Order #17523 from Tradewetrooms. Ordered product 2 weeks in advance, with product listed as in stock. No communication from them at all. Had to chase a number of times. 2 weeks after they had taken my order and the money they phoned me up to say their supplier didn't have the item and wouldn't be getting it in stock till 2 months time. Shambles! Needed the part for a bathroom refit that had just started. SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY. Very let down. Rude and unprofessional customer service.
