Found adam very helpful & i am not getting on well with phone

Terrible service, states a figure for device and then once received they drop the price massively, then you still have to wait days for the money. Total Scam and Pray on the vulnerable.

Really easy to use website, great customer service, next day delivery on packaging for phones to be sent back in, with Tracking labels etc. Posted follow day, received email to confirm phones had be delivered & being checked. All completed from quote to payments 4days. Excellant service, great price for our old phones, highly recommend

They knock off 70% of the value they Origionally offer and make up false faults. Then refuse to return the phone to you and do not reply to emails.

My experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I sent my mobile phone using the instructions they provided, with Royal Mail tracking and proof of delivery. The package was accepted and delivered. However, when I contacted them several days later because I had not received my payment, I was told that the envelope had supposedly been “tampered with” and that they had raised the matter with Royal Mail.
My question was simple: if the package was visibly tampered with when it arrived, why was it accepted in the first place instead of being rejected at delivery?
I was then told that photographs would be provided. I explained that photographs taken after receiving and opening the package would not prove when or where the alleged tampering occurred.
The conversation became argumentative, and I was then told that Royal Mail could take up to three months to respond and that, at best, compensation might be around £100. This was despite the agreed value/payment for my phone being around £227.
Only after I stated that I intended to report the matter to the police was the money eventually paid to me.
Based on my personal experience, I found the handling of this matter extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company does their own research and thinks very carefully before sending them anything.
I personally will not be using their services again.

Total scam offer you a price and then you send the mobile phone and they offer you a ridiculous low price, you reject it and they make 3 more offers all which are a total joke, then when you reject and ask for your phone to be returned they charge you £5…shop around and avoid these cowboys

Avoid, avoid, avoid! They lure people in with what look like reasonable offers and then upon receipt of the phone reduce these by 80% or so. Very difficult to avoid the feeling that one is being scammed. Take your old phone elsewhere!

I sent in an iPhone 13 Mini with a shattered back glass. I declared it accurately as "Broken" from the start. They initially offered a low valuation of £68, but after receiving the device, they revised the offer down to £30, claiming it was "not economically repairable."

The phone is 100% operational the screen, touch, cameras, face ID, and logic board work fine because I've been using the phone up to the date of sending it in. Calling a fully functional device "not economically repairable" simply because of cosmetic back glass damage is completely misleading.

Declaring a phone as broken should mean the valuation already accounts for damage. Trying to knock an operational phone down to £30 scrap value feels like a predatory tactic hoping customers just give up and accept pittance. I rejected the revised quote immediately and asked for my device back. Avoid.

Any excuse to devalue your phone from the initial price given. They first make you a very low revaluation and when you decline they come back with a second offer then when that’s declined you get the “this is the third and final offer” kind of pressure and then they have the cheek to charge you to return the phone when you don’t accept that final offer! This kind of tactic is disgusting and should be banned as a practice because that is what this total con job is. Completely avoid this company and give the business to someone who deserves it. This is not an honest company.
