Concerns About Leadership and Employee Treatment at Trafilea
I had an unfortunate experience working under Team Lead Gemrose at Trafilea. The treatment within our team often felt unfair, with clear favoritism influencing how tasks, feedback, and opportunities were assigned. The environment was also heavily micromanaged, making many of us feel more like robots than valued employees.
Another major concern was the employment status. Instead of being regularized within the standard six months, our regularization was extended to more than a year without any clear explanation. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty for many of us.
Trafilea could have been a truly beautiful campaign to work with if leadership took the time to genuinely check on their employees. Many team members were afraid to speak up because their leaders were not open to hearing the truth, which prevented improvements to the work environment.
To add to this, after working with the company for almost two years and eventually resigning, I did not receive my back pay. This was extremely disappointing and added to the overall negative experience.
I hope Trafilea will take these concerns seriously and make real changes to create a fair, respectful, and supportive environment for their employees.
