Still awaiting refund on a faulty airbed after 34 days of being promised my money back
Purchased a deluxe airbed online on the 1st August 2026 which arrived faulty (kept losing air). Contacted customer service and provided evidence as requested who advised a refund would be processed and issued to my original payment method within 10 days. This was on the 22nd August. Today is now the 24th SEPTEMBER and I have STILL not recieved the refund after waiting 34 days! I have attempted to contact Trail MULTIPLE times but keep being told they are "experience high volumes of contact", with my most recent email now being ignored. This is unacceptable and I feel I am left with no other option but to leave this review in the hopes of bringing the matter to their attention. Order ref TR-209490

Fast delivery, and an awful lot of driveaway awning for the money, great value. Clear building and packing instructions, and everything included that we could need, which was nice.
The attention to detail is excellent with numerous nice little touches, and the bag that's big enough to be able to quickly pack it down between rain showers rather than throw it in the van and so get everything else wet is very much appreciated.
No hesitation in recommending.

Bought the gazebo xl
Bought the gazebo xl. It was very flimsy when erecting, it’s 4 single pole hoops with a cross in the top. V hard to build on your own you need at least another 1 person if not 2 to build this. Looks ok but as I thought when building this bent very easily in what I would describe as a light wind. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else. I contacted trail to purchase an additional pole, customer care replied with no and haven’t heard anything since. I wouldn’t buy this one I’d keep looking for another.

Nice cool box but limited isolation
The cool box (4L capacity) looks nice and is light, but even with 1kg of ice packs it kept the temperature below 10c for only a few hours (~6) so i can't store dairy products for long enough. 1kg should keep 4L cool for longer, so that means the isolation is not that good.

Trail self inflating mattress for our Campervan has been a great purchase. Easy to store within the van a quick and easy to inflate and deflate. Used several times and still haven’t charged the inflation pack. Very easy to order and arrived very quickly. Great company and product.
