Double self inflating air pad. Well priced and will work well as a supplementary mattress in our camper van. Only grip we have is that it took 12 days to arrive. This was all down to the courier Evri. Evri have a very poor reputation in our area - Inverness. Other carriers seem to manage getting deliveries out within a reasonable time scale, but not Evri. If you live North of Dundee I suggest you think very carefully before placing you order, particularly if it is time critical. This is not a criticism of Trail Outdoor, although they may want to change couriers

This is such a great item for this price!
Unlike many other similar dome shelters on the market, this one has all 4 sides covered by both wall sections and mosquito nets, which makes it an even better deal. Also, very spacious for a family of 4.

Went well with tentbox
Easy to put together took half hour. Absolutely perfect for us went well with the tent box also it stood the ground in heavy wind and rain for one night in Derbyshire dales. Good quality for the price

We bought a couple of camping chairs…
We bought a couple of camping chairs and discovered a minor fault on one of them after their first use. Although minor, it would in effect, prevent us from using it.
We contacted Trail Outdoor regarding the problem and they replied, quite quickly with a promise to replace the chair. The replacement chair was sent out by Express and we received it two days later.
Absolutely brilliant customer service from this company. I would gladly recommend them for their service and thank them again for their help with this matter.
