DO NOT USE

Trainline sold me a ticket where the ticket for the final part of the journey was not valid / accepted on the bus. Spent almost 1.5 hours on the phone with staff not understanding a) what they had sold and b) keep insisting on incorrect information about who provided the service (clueless). Still refusing to give a reund for what we had to pay ourselves - do not sell ticketsvto journeys (planned by trainline) to places using operators you do not understand or know how it works - below poor performance and ‘customer’ - you provided us with an invalid ticket - just refund and start understand the products you are selling - WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

Clear, quick and easy to book

I was impressed with the amount of detail provided in a clear manner. I could easily modify my search to find best prices and most convenient times. Pricing info is clear and no additional charge is added if e-tickets are accepted

I’m a 12 year old boy on a 6 minute journey and got kicked off for a legal e scooter the same battery that electric wheelchairs use,payed my money and not got it back,couldn’t meet my friends and ruined my day.

I put in the details of where I would like to sit when booking, and it didn't reserve me a seat (more than 2 months before the train's due to leave so there's no doubt seats available - and then when I researched it using their AI I was basically told hard luck there's noting you can do to change it without cancelling the booking.
