We're Dan, Jay, and Will - three brothers from South London turning the property market on its head. Our journey began in 2020 when Dan gave away his property in a giveaway, and that bold step sparked a buzz, catching national attention and setting us on a path to make homeownership a reality for many. Our innovation in the property market caught the eye of Channel 4, leading to a documentary, "My £2 Dream Home". The show highlighted our mission to shake up the system - high-interest rates, inflated property prices, and rigid mortgage criteria won't stop us. Recently, we changed the game again - winners can now choose their property anywhere in the UK. With values of fairness, equality, and the thrill of winning at our core, we continue to redefine the property market. The real thrill for us? The reactions during our live draws. Those moments of pure joy broadcast to the nation keep us inspired. We're on a mission to change lives, one property at a time. Are you ready to join us? You might just be our next winner!

I haven’t won anything yet, but for the price this is a great opportunity, there’s nothing complicated about it, it’s very straight forward. Also it’s good to see people achieving so much and giving back to the communities, which I hope to be able to do more of one day, everyone deserves a good quality of life, people could learn a lot from you guys🙏🏾

Always willing to contribute to a worthy cause. It’s not the first time I’ve entered a Tramway Path competition. I didn’t receive a confirmation this time though.

The negative reviews made me want to enter the competition. Just reading the responses from these guys has been so reassuring to the competition. People need to realise you have to be in to win it. Well done for changing people’s lives and good luck everyone

Entering the competition was an easy experience and the price of tickets is very reasonable.
Living in South East London and being someone who will never be able to own my own home, these empowering brothers fill me with hope. Their mission to change lives and their values of fairness and equality is truly inspiring and like I said before, their competitions give me hope that the impossible is possible.

I love the fact it is so easy to purchase tickets for the prize draw.
I love the feeling of belonging to a like minded community knowing that every entry contributes to the benefit of the community and leads to the overall success of Tramway Path.
Keep up the great work Guys.

Although I have been playing for a while and I have not won anything. I think Tramway are doing an amazing job by providing hope to people that cannot afford to be homeowners. I loved listening all the winners stories. I will continue playing with the hope I once will be the fortunate winner. What a great initiative.
I also really like the design of the tramway website , colourful and easy to use. I am always happy to receive any update and very excited to hear about new opportunities.
Many thanks 🙏🏾

While I haven't won any of the competitions on Tramwaypath, I think these three gentlemen are doing such an amazing job. What a wonderful initiative to consistently reward someone with a dream home. Who knows, maybe one day I'll be a winner too. 🫢

The hard work they put in shouldn’t be overlooked. Sure, there are delays, but that’s just part of the journey. I’ve entered a few times and love the chance to be part of something this exciting. Keep going strong

I want to enter but put off by lack of clear info. Where do the profits go? No mention of a charity. They say they’re transparent but no info about number of tickets sold or how much they make from it all. If they sold 180,000 £5 bundles they’d make £900,000 minus the £500,000 house for the winner. That’s still a fair bit of money for them to have. Companies house doesn’t show much - TRWP LTD.

Because of the Awesome work you three are doing, a lot of people including me trying to save to purchase a house, but to no avail. I rang up a mortgage advisor and I was told I need to joined with someone to purchase a house, because my salary won't get me a house. I am praying the day when I get a call that I am a winner.

Well i consider for the chance of a winning a housefor a relatively small stake of a few pounds has got to be worth a punt in anyones world in my honest opinion of course

I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these negative reviews were coming from rival company. The language used feels too coordinated, and the claims don’t even make sense

Reply from Tramway Path
At least these guys take the time to explain their process, which is more than most do
