I haven’t won anything yet, but for the price this is a great opportunity, there’s nothing complicated about it, it’s very straight forward. Also it’s good to see people achieving so much and giving b... See more

We're Dan, Jay, and Will - three brothers from South London turning the property market on its head. Our journey began in 2020 when Dan gave away his property in a giveaway, and that bold step sparked a buzz, catching national attention and setting us on a path to make homeownership a reality for many. Our innovation in the property market caught the eye of Channel 4, leading to a documentary, "My £2 Dream Home". The show highlighted our mission to shake up the system - high-interest rates, inflated property prices, and rigid mortgage criteria won't stop us. Recently, we changed the game again - winners can now choose their property anywhere in the UK. With values of fairness, equality, and the thrill of winning at our core, we continue to redefine the property market. The real thrill for us? The reactions during our live draws. Those moments of pure joy broadcast to the nation keep us inspired. We're on a mission to change lives, one property at a time. Are you ready to join us? You might just be our next winner!

I really hope you guys don’t take any of the criticism in some reviews to heart. You are out here giving people genuine hope - I think what you’re doing is amazing. People don’t want a ridiculously huge Omaze mansion, they just want a humble home and sadly, that’s out of reach for far too many people.
While winning would totally change my life, even if I don’t win, I love the thought that the money I spend on entries is also a tiny contribution to changing someone else’s.
Sincerely, I hope Tramway Path continues to flourish in the years ahead!

All i can say is that am positive and super excited that one day i will win. I was very difficult to convince to join but now am addicted to this. I know God is going to suprise me this time around or if not another time. Been praying and dreaming about my win. Thank you for all the hardwork you put in.

If you don’t like how it works, don’t enter! calling it a scam when people have actually won is ridiculous

I've been a fan of the tramway path since the very first competition. It's a fun competition and always great to see the live draw and the winners reactions. This is a great initiative for people to become home owners

No one is being scammed, stop with the lies. Bunch of karens

Reply from Tramway Path
Some of these reviews act like the draw has been extended for a year. It’s three weeks. Chill

Reply from Tramway Path
The complaints about an extension seem over the top. This is an amazing opportunity for people to win a home for a fraction of the cost

I love the transparency of the team. When the quota was not met. We were informed timely with good explanation. I enjoy doing business with you 💗💓💕

I’ve been following this competition for a while now, and I’ve seen winners actually get their prizes. If they extend the deadline, it’s not some scam, it’s to ensure they can give away what they promised

Amazing. So much more affordable than other similar format competitions. I have just bought a ticket and keeping everything crossed. Thankyou for this amazing opportunity life changing!!. Keep making dreams come true lads. All the best to you ❤️.

I love the whole concept of Tramway Path! Three brothers, coming together to inspire hope, and make dreams a reality. In a world where inflation is out of control and impacting people more widely everyday, Tramway Path is offering more than the chance at home ownership. They send a message of care, compassion and the connection we all share.
I encourage everyone to buy at least 1 ticket. I think it’s important to remember that there are no guarantees that any one of us will win, but everyone that enters is contributing to changing someone’s life for the better. Perhaps, if our thinking is based more in “we” and a little less in “me”, we can recognise that a short delay to the drawing hurts no one. It certainly doesn’t warrant a one star review and defaming an organisation working tirelessly to make home ownership achievable despite high-interest rates, inflated property prices, and rigid mortgage criteria!
Thank you Dan, Jay and Will, and to everyone else involved on keeping this project going.

Their changing the draw date a few times!
In the UK every prize promotion must follow the CAP Code. The Code states that ‘closing dates must not be changed unless unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the promoter make it necessary and either not to change the date would be unfair to those who sought to participate within the original terms, or those who sought to participate within the original terms will not be disadvantaged by the change.’ (section 8.17.14e). Promoters must also avoid ‘causing unnecessary disappointment’ (section 8.2), which usually happens as a result of a closing date change.

I don’t understand why people are upset about a short extension. At the end of the day, this is a business that needs to be sustainable. If they didn’t sell enough tickets, they wouldn’t be able to give away the house, it’s that simple. I’d rather they extend and actually have a winner than cancel or reduce the prize. They’ve been completely upfront about it, and I appreciate their transparency

I e just entered into the house draw, but everything about this group of brothers, seems unreal and they are doing a great job, I'm excited to be trying this to hopefully better mine and my partners life, as alot has been very downhill lately aspecially with my partner being diagnosed with a illness that brings, chronic fatigue and chronic pain, I just know this would make her day if we win some day, but absolutely fantastic job guys and I looked forward to further chances. What a great idea honestly. 👍😊😉

Easy to participate in, lovely organisers and I love the fact they make dreams come true. This is currently my only hope to climbing the property ladder and I’m glad they could give me that hope. It means a lot.

I’ve been entering the Tramway Path competition since day one, and it has truly been a highlight each year! The idea was created by the three brothers, and it’s amazing how they’ve made it a tradition to raffle tickets to help people get on the property ladder. The competition started in 2020 during the lockdown, and it’s grown into something so special.
Sometimes, people don’t realize the challenges that come with organizing something so impactful, and the brothers really put a lot of effort into making sure everything runs smoothly. Yes, the competition deadline has been extended at times due to lower ticket sales, but that only adds to the excitement of the experience. It’s truly an amazing time of the year!
Keep up the great work, brothers – you’re doing an incredible job, and it’s something we all look forward to every year.

What a scam
Buy a ticket - easy, then thinking of the dream of owning a home, you if lucky, but at least someone!
Then hold up, draw date extended by them cos they haven't sold enough tickets (to make a profit for themselves?!)
Extending the draw by another month, you have lost your credibility. If you don't have the prize, why offer that you do.
From reading reviews, I've realised this isn't the only time you extended! Fool me for not reading before purchasing.
Are we all just making you mortgage free?!
Omaze actually gives the house away on the day it states.

Gratitude is seriously lost on some people. The entitlement is crazy. These are 3 guys who are working tirelessly to make home ownership a possibility for people without the means to make it happen alone… we aren’t entitled to anything from them outside of them keeping their word and eventually awarding that prize to whoever has won. These delays aren’t their fault, it’s the result of people either being too skeptical to invest or simply not having the means. I’ve invested a few times now and really enjoy the process. It’s fun feeling like it might be your chance one day and the boys definitely do their best to make it as fair as possible. Keep up the great work guys!
