The service is ok, but if you ever need help tracking a parcel, forget it. Customer service is non-existent, no one will ever reply to your emails.
Also when you book, if it says 2 business days, add at least 1-2 days for the collection of the item and 2-4 more days for delivery.
Edit: Hi Bianca, last week we lodged 3 or 4 investigations for tracking a parcel with Aramex that was late 5-6 days and still haven't got a reply, even to say "Hey, this has been delivered.", nothing. The accounts email does reply, yes, but whenever there's a tracking issue, we can never expect response in less than 5 days. Also the ETA showing on the booking is very unrealistic, orders showing 2 business days been taking 8. I completely understand it's peak season, but can't the system reflect the current delays and give a realistic ETA?

Stay away from these people, one week passed and my parcel was not picked up, cancelled and rebooked direct with Aramex which was cheaper anyway.

Been using these guys a while, but they are about to suspend our account.
Generally a good system, but zero customer service.
when they send you through invoices for extra charges from the couriers (which is not down to transdirect I know) there is no after service.
We then send proof that the diemsions and weights are correct, you will then here nothing back, they just chase you for payment.
Other platforms like interparcel have much better customer service.

Warning - to anyone is thinking of using the courier company Transdirect to send items - Their customer service is absolutely dreadful /non-existent, and after chasing up the non-delivery of a parcel I sent, for several days via service requests that weren’t replied to, suddenly I see the tracking has updated to say that my parcel was damaged and disposed of!
I then spent an hour chasing this up on the phone and get told to open a warranty claim. The warranty claim has all these requirements like a photo of the damage, a description of the damage( not possible as I didn’t damage it!) an invoice( not possible as I didn’t use one), and now a stat declaration or I won’t get a refund. And if I’m approved, it could take 6 weeks to get my money back.
Not good enough.
