Our account manager caught a mistake we were about to make that would have cost us thousands in duties. We were preparing to import a new product line, and she reviewed our HTS codes, flagged the issue, and brought in the customs team to fix it before we placed the order. That level of proactive support really stands out.

Lot tracking with expiration dates…

Lot tracking with expiration dates works well. Stock is rotated properly and items close to expiring are flagged, so no old inventory gets shipped. Reporting could be improved since we still have to pull data manually to see expiration timelines.

I am not very tech savvy

I am not very tech savvy, but their Shopify integration was still easy to understand. The setup guide was clear with screenshots for each step, and support helped me quickly when I got stuck. Now everything runs automatically and orders flow through without issues.

Customer support is responsive during…

Customer support is responsive during the day, usually replying within an hour or two. The main issue is their hours are 9–5 Eastern, so for us on the West Coast support is often ending just as we’re getting started. Not a major problem, but sometimes frustrating.

Platform uptime is generally decent

Platform uptime is generally decent, but we have had a couple of outages in the past few months where we could not access inventory or submit orders. Both happened during business hours, which was frustrating. They sent apology emails, but there was no clear explanation or follow up.

Inventory sync with our Shopify store is mostly reliable, but there are occasional small discrepancies. Sometimes it fixes itself, other times we need to reach out. Not a big issue, but a bit frustrating when running lean inventory.

Tracking works well with consistent…

Tracking works well with consistent updates, and customers can follow their orders easily. The only downside is that it can stay on “in transit” for a few days with no scans before suddenly showing as delivered. Likely a carrier issue, but it can make customers uneasy.

Receiving is usually fast

Receiving is usually fast, with inventory showing up in the system within 24 hours. One time a shipment arrived on a Friday and was not processed until Wednesday due to internal scheduling, which affected our inventory planning. They were transparent about it, but it still caused some disruption.

Their team helped us optimize our packaging and we are saving a lot on dimensional weight charges now. They measured our products, suggested better box sizes, and showed we could cut shipping costs by around 30 percent just by downsizing. Even better, the consultation was included for free.

Customs documentation used to be a nightmare for me. I never knew how to handle invoices or calculate landed costs. Now their team takes care of everything automatically, and shipments clear in just a few days. I do not even have to think about it anymore.

We requested cycle counts twice in the last six months because our numbers weren't matching up and both times it took them over two weeks to complete. TWO WEEKS. Meanwhile we're sitting here not knowing if we can sell certain products or not because we don't trust the inventory count. That's way too long for something that important.

Kitting accuracy is fine but turnaround…

Kitting accuracy is fine but turnaround time is slow. Takes them about a week to complete a batch of 200 units which seems long? Maybe that's normal I don't know. It just creates a bottleneck in our production schedule when we're trying to launch new products quickly.

We switched from another 3PL and the difference has been huge. Receiving is faster, order picking is more accurate, support actually responds, and the platform runs smoothly. I honestly wish we had made the switch sooner.

The API documentation is terrible

The API documentation is terrible. Like genuinely bad. We tried to build a custom integration and kept running into errors that weren't documented anywhere. Had to go back and forth with their dev team for weeks to figure out what we were doing wrong. Eventually got it working but it was way harder than it should have been.

Order fulfillment is smooth

Order fulfillment is smooth, same-day shipping if orders come in before 2pm, packing is careful, no major issues. Only complaint is they don't offer weekend fulfillment so Friday afternoon orders sit until Monday which some customers complain about. Not a dealbreaker but would be nice to have.
