From being somehow okay to the worst ever money transfer company. I pray that it is closed sooner rather than later otherwise they will rob honest people. AVOID AVOID AVOID....They never deliver on time, it takes more than 24 hours worse yet they send it to a stupid wallet rather than Zaad and in the South Somalia they ask you to be x-rayed and photographed yet you have to always visit stipid agent, it never comes to the mobile.

I have sent some money, which have not been received by the recipient, I have written more than 3 mails to the support team and nobody is responding. Its really frustrating. Asked them to refund my money or send it back, and still nothing.

Unfortunately, my encounter with the company was far from satisfactory, marked by misleading information and subpar service. The customer service team was notably lackluster, failing to provide the support and clarity one would expect from a financial service provider. Furthermore, there was a significant delay in payments to recipients, deviating from the prompt and reliable transactions promised.
Most disappointingly, TransferGalaxy advertised EVC payments as part of their service offering, yet when it came to execution, they defaulted to suggesting cash pick-up as an alternative. This bait-and-switch tactic not only undermines trust but also inconveniences customers who chose the service based on specific advertised features.
Labeling the company's operations as dodgy might seem harsh, yet it accurately reflects the inconsistency and unreliability of both their services and customer support. The misleading nature of their service, coupled with the ineffectiveness of their customer service team, has led me to decide never to use their services again. I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative providers for their needs. My next step is to report my experiences to the Financial Ombudsman, in hopes of preventing future customers from facing similar disappointments.

They sent me fake message to say the recipient has been paid and That's NOT true, They will never get back to you and just take your money. The Swedish government should Shut Down this Scam business that's ripping people's hard earned money of. We cannot support our relatives in medical urgent needs.

Been 12hr and money not delivered Yet. I call customer support and ask since it’s taking long time to deliver money to EVC, can I receive it on SALAAMBANK instead. The answer i got was that it’s very long delivery time and I must wait 1-2days to receive money. They taking customer money and gambling on so that the USD dollar will probably drop. Never sending money through Transfergalaxy again.
Dahabshiil App is the best App out there nowadays. You send money and they payout within minutes ❤️

Very dirty and unislamic business
They’re scamming their customers and their call center staff are very unprofessional. My recipient didn’t receive their money for 1 month so I called them and told them to cancel the transaction and they informed me that they’d refund me within 3-5 business days. I never a confirmation so I called them throughout that week to make sure they’d refund me and they reassured however 5 days later my recipient receive their money even though I sent my recipient money through dahabshiil and they refused to refund me. So now I’ve paid 2x.

Not so good customer service but…
I have been in contact with this company since August (3 months ago). I gave them access to my bank account and sent them transactions balance they asked for (due to "know your customer"). They never get back!
After givning up and rating them I received a call from a nice gentleman called “Niaz” who resolved my issue. Had I received this treatment from the beginning had I gave them five stars.

Their behavior borders on being outright impolite, which is unacceptable given their role as representatives of your company. I believe that proper training should be implemented to ensure that all agents are equipped with the necessary skills and manners to provide efficient and respectful service.
Furthermore, I have experienced instances where promises were made by your agents that could not or would not be fulfilled. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part. It is essential for a company like Transfer Galaxy to uphold its commitments and avoid making false promises to its customers. I request that you address this issue promptly and take measures to ensure that such occurrences are minimized or eliminated altogether.
As a customer, it is disheartening to encounter these problems when relying on your services. I expect professionalism and reliability from a company like Transfer Galaxy. However, my recent experiences have fallen short of these expectations.
In light of the aforementioned concerns, I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify these issues so no customer has to wait almost 6 months for a solution (notice still not solved) like me. Furthermore specifically, I would appreciate if you:

2. Take steps to prevent your agents from making promises they cannot fulfill, thereby avoiding unnecessary disappointment and inconvenience for your customers.

I've been using TransferGalaxy since 2021 and never had a probelem with sending money and family memebers receiving money.
This all changed when this past Saturday I sent money to a family member and there were problems with them receiving it. I called multiple times and every time I get different stories or excues from the customer service. They are very unprofessional. Today I called to get my money refunded and was told it would take 1-2 weeks. I asked to receive a conformation mail that my money will be refunded and what I get to hear is that they don't work like that and afterwards the employee hung up on me
