I didn't get paid for submitting my task. Didn't receive any invoice number from PM to generate my invoice and when asking if my payment will move to next month, she won't answer back, meaning that probably I won't get paid for my time spent on the project. Furthermore, my delivered task has been deleted from "Jobs" tab and can't even find it as a consequence. Scam company, stay away!
EDIT_1: After posting here, PM answered back to my questions. Furthermore, she helped me find my delivered task. I still haven't received the email with the invoice number that I'm supposed to enter to generate my invoice, but decided to enter the PO number instead of it, and I'm currently waiting to see whether I'll receive my payment or not.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Translated.com. We expected a professional, localized translation, but what we received was a poor-quality translation riddled with fundamental errors. These mistakes were so blatant that any student in a basic translation course would have failed with this output. The translations were literal, robotic renditions with zero understanding of cultural context or nuance, despite specific request for a localized approach. When questioned, the agency dismissed these serious errors as "stylistic choices" — even though multiple native speakers both within and outside our company agreed that we would have gotten a better result using free tools like DeepL or Google Translate.
The process itself was just as disappointing. Initially, they acknowledged our concerns, but after several back-and-forths, they changed their position and insisted on a "QA round". This only stalled the issue, and they ultimately forced us to pay for a subpar product, offering a small discount that didn't even begin to cover the additional time and resources we had to allocate internally to correct their work.
TL;DR: Don't work with Translated.com if you're seeking reliable, quality translation services. Their lack of professionalism and refusal to take accountability left us with a poor experience and a document we simply couldn't use without significant internal rework. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I would like to give a 0 start, but unfortunately can't.
I have used translated.com for my final exam documents from hungarian to english. It's a 240 word document. It came back with 6 mistakes, both spelling and translation mistakes. It looked like the person just put it into google translate and sent it without ever taking a look at it.
Translated.com promises to connect you with native, professional translators, but neither was this product native or professional.
Moreover when I pointed out the mistakes, instead of a corrected file I have received the same document renamed. No correction made to the document. And the translator, if we can call her that, asked if that's alright. Almost like she thinks I'm stupid and would not notice.
I made a complaint and they offered me 15% discount, which is quite ridiculous for the zero work fulfilled and an unusable product. Nobody would pay for an unusable product, nobody. Neither will I.
They wasted my time, when I needed this document urgently. Don't let them waste yours! Don't get fooled by the trustpilot rating of 4.7! They do not live up to it.
I hope this company will finally take it's customers seriously and do an honest work in the future, because right now it's fake and untrustworthy.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company, which I believe is a scam. I requested a translation of my academic certificate from Greek to English, expecting it to be delivered on time for use in Europe. Not only did they miss the deadline, but the translation was riddled with typos and several critical mistakes. For instance, my postgraduate degree was incorrectly translated as a Bachelor's degree, and many important terms were left untranslated—despite my attempts to point this out. Furthermore, I specifically needed an official translation (not certified), which means it should have been on company letterhead, but I received nothing of the sort.
After receiving the document, I immediately reached out to address these issues, but I received no response for over 20 days. When I finally followed up, they had the audacity to threaten me with legal action instead of making the necessary corrections. I even have proof of their lack of response, including an email chain where Valentina acknowledges my concern but fails to provide any assistance:

I am very pleased with Translated services. The translation was up to standard and the support was attentive. At first I did not receive or failed to see the translated document and was confused about multiple emails reclaiming the debt for a piece of work which as far as I am concerned had not been done.
