I am truly astonished at the lack of professionalism displayed by the service. I specifically chose the company because you offered a short delivery time, forgoing other options with longer timelines. However, I have now been informed, ON THE DELIVERY DATE, that I must make an upfront payment of 30% of the total, and that the delivery time will only begin after this payment is received. This is completely unacceptable and reflects an amateur level of service that I did not expect.
Had I been informed from the outset that a payment was required before the project started, I would have made the full payment without hesitation. But to receive this notification at such a late stage is disappointing.
