Few niggly issues with the system but the team couldn't be more helpful at getting them sorted. Useing transpoco for tracking mileage for maintanance of vehicles has been so helpfull.

I requested for a tracker to be fitted…

I requested for a tracker to be fitted on 20/11/23 and only get confirmation on 21/12/23 that it has been done. There was no correspondence with myself about the delay.

Hi Roisin, I apologise for the wait to install the tracker. I checked with our operations team and they explained that they arranged to install the tracker with the contact you provided. We offered to install the tracker on 21/11/2023, the day after you submitted the order, but your colleague told us that the vehicle will not be available and she did not know when the vehicle will be available which explains the wait. Eventually, the vehicle became available and we installed the tracker today.

Exceptionally poor Customer Service (5+…

Exceptionally poor Customer Service (5+ years customer). Slow installation and repair times, never able to speak to anyone and slow responses to queries via email. Price point is good, but unfortunately the backup lets Transpoco down.

I am sorry to read that you had a bad experience with our service. I investigated this issue to understand what happened. Our accounts department explained that they were instructed by your accounts department to request approval for each order regardless of the size. I appreciate that this can cause some frustration but we have to follow these instructions.
If we proceed with an order without approval it is possible that we will not receive payment from your accounts department.

Easy to set up

Was so easy to set my tracker up and fitting was straight forward. The app works well enough for my use and the tracker is only there for peace of mind that if my vehicle gets stolen I can trace it.
