Attemped booking and frozen web site
I tried to book a flight using a credit card. On one occasion the site "hung" when I atried to make a payment. On the second the credit card spend was approved via my app but when I returned to Traveasy site the aystem "hung" again In view of this I abandonded the booking. I have not received a confirmation from Traveasy that the booking was made but there is payment on the credit card which is "pending"
Following posting this review I was contacted by Traveasy manager. I explained the problems experienced attempting to book the flight. He said that he would speak to the staff and get back to me. The only contact since has been the reply to the review.
To be clear the only email I have received was the request for a Trustpilot review. I have not received confirmation of the flight booking. If this had been issued on the 18/12/25 as claimed why has still not been provided. It is also worth noting that the credit card payment was not completed until 22/12/25.
As far as I am concerned the contact to buy a flight ticket has not been completed and is null and void.
