I could not fault a single thing with my experience with Travel-Lite. Everything from all the questions and planning I had in the lead up, the daily transfers, storing extra luggage, and the private transfer back to the airport was superb. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Travel-Lite on many occasions and always found them to be thoroughly professional, reliable and efficient. They transferred our luggage on our 7 day WHW hike seamlessly as always.

We also used their airport transfer service at the end of our hike for the first time. The transfer was equally professional, efficient and entertaining thanks to our driver. The journey from Fort William to Glasgow airport couldn’t have been better.

Thoroughly recommend to all and see you again in 2026 for WHW number #9! 👍🏻

Used Travel-lite for our trip up the WHW this past week. Bags were always dropped off in time and in the right place. Super helpful when we had to change our drop off point on the last day. Everyone we dealt with either in person or on the phone were lovely too. Definitely recommend booking with them if you are planning a luggage transfer!

Travel-Lite was easy to find and friendly at the drop-off point, and our bags were picked up and dropped off on time and without any damage or hassle each of the seven days we used them. Will definitely hire again, next time we walk the WHW!

Absolutely first class. Totally reliable and even planned ahead and had our tags delivered to our start point the day before. Response times excellent and just generally helpful.

Easy to coordinate with; had no issues with bags. They were always where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there! They were also responsive when I changed our final drop off location shortly before our trip.

Unfortunately I had to cancel due to a bereavement, they were fantastic about it, no problem. Will definitely re book later in the year.

We were a group of 8 people doing the West Highland Way and on one of the days, had different destinations for different bags.

We experienced a faultless service from Travel-Lite. Everything ran like clockwork with the bags magically appearing at all the hotels/B&B's over the course of the week.

What a great service. We hadn't used a baggage transfer service before, hadn't done a long distance walk before. We never met our baggage handler(s) during the week but the bags came and went as we did, always there to greet us at the end of the day, and packed off to their new home the following day, no fuss, no bother. Thanks travel-Lite.

3rd time using Travel-lite, 1st time they helped us with the last slog from Kinlochleven to Fort Willaim in 2021. They were so helpful, accommodating and careful with our bags, that we have used them in 2022 and 2023. Literally just back from the WHW and the team delivered our bag daily to our stops. We walk fairly quickly, yet the bag always got there before us ;)
