Booked taxi to airport, paid over half up front. Received email in the morning to say they weren't coming. We nearly missed our flight. Waiting for refund. Have contacted bank. Do not use this company.

You have to pay half prize in order to get at cab, but it never shows up. Total scam

Fake. No taxa showed up. No contact details.
Do not book.

Though I paid 50% in advance i was never given the driver’s details and the taxi didn’t show up.

no contact telephone number should of told me not to book this but saw the reviews on line ( which are fake) and I thought I’d book it, got to airport and no one, no email after I had emailed them numerous times, horrible people in this world

Do not book a taxi with this site. They are scammers!!!. You pay 50% of the amount, but you won't get a taxi. So you lose money 🙁

5* reviews must be lies, as this company are scammers. They make you pay 50% of the journey upfront and then leave you waiting for hours before advising there are no drivers in the area and cancelling, then you never get your money back. Also DO NOT BE FOOLED by all the 5* reviews on their website, I've checked and can see they've taken them from a completely different taxi company on Google. DO NOT USE!

I booked a taxi in Treviso and never came. They sent me a mail saying I will received a refund but nothing, and never answered my mails.

Booked a taxi to the airport for 5 am and it never showed. Contacted their support 24/7 and no reply. Ordered taxi from a different company and he told their site was a SCAM . You pay 26e deposit and the other half when you get there. Fuming

We had a taxi booked from travel cab for 3.30am to get to Pisa airport for our 6.05am flight. 50% deposit paid. Sat on the street at 3.30 waiting with a 5 year old. No taxi showed up. Emailed as no phone available, but no reply. Could not secure another taxi in time so missed our flight. €725 for flights back to the U.K. then £290 for trains home, as well as the deposit, extra food required and Pisamover transfer for 5.

SCAM ( DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY) Booked a taxi through this website for a taxi to the airport in Rimini, Italy. Paid the 50% payment in advance, received confirmation, did not receive any more correspondence although it stated I would get confirmation of the driver, no taxi turned up and had to arrange another one, nearly missed my flight.

They are criminals. There is no cab and there is no driver. I have just reported this to the police to investigate.

The company is set up to steal money.

Same story than all of you...company cancelled my booking and more than one month ago and till I didnt get the refund. No option to contact anyone. Its a fake! Take care!

We placed our request on July 21, 2024. After we paid the 50% and roughly 1h later we received the information that no taxi would be available and they are unable to find another one. We would receive our money back within 5-9 working days.
Unfortunately, until now (>20 working days) we did not receive our money. It’s one thing that no taxi is available, it’s another to not pay back the money!

Can definitely not recommend! No one will respond to your mails.
