Hey Travel2be refund my money into the account i used to pay for ticket!
Unfortunately this company seems to be a scammer as there is no reply to emails. Turkish airline refunded the full ticket amount to them which they are not returning to me. I have sent a few emails and there is a generic response saying they cant locate my booking! are you kidding me? I am just responding to the email you have JUST sent me about my refund!!! how is this company existing with so many complaints!

After the original connection flight between BKK to SGN was cancelled I was offered a new flight, which I accepted because I was desperate. I was charged for this, even though it was the airlines doing. After considering this, it was not viable so travel2be offered me a refund. The only problem is, it will take 12-15 weeks.
I have not seen my family for a long time, and my visa is running out.
They do not reply to emails, and do not provide good customer service when you call them.
The travelgenio customer service email they provided me, asked me to send them a description what the problem was. Once I had sent them a message, I received an automated email which provided me a link to their service. When I clicked this link I was sent to a page saying that nothing can be done.

This is slightly worrying. Why would they ask if I want to continue with the refund?

They are following the same pattern as they seem to do with a large number of the other people that have commented. It seems like they are fobbing off any responsibility to the airline, and saying they have to refund the money. My payment went to travelgenio Madrid Esp (as per my bank statement) so you would expect the refund to come from them.
I need this sorting out ASAP due to travel documents that are time limited.

After they sent me one email, parroting the party line they give on here, they have not replied to anything I have sent to them. This is very troubling because they owe me over £600 and I need to travel soon. This is so worrying!!

I called the customer service number, if you don’t know it, it is: 0870 248 1628 if you are in the UK. After you have typed in you ref number, options: 1,1 3 will get you through to someone.
The agent told me I had been emailed by the advanced customer service team. (Advanced, that’s a joke) and I have to reply to that email. I have done so, but they have not replied to my emails, nearly two days later.
The agent told me I will just have to wait for the refund. She then hung up on me and there was a survey to answer.
This is a joke.

Still no reply to any email. They sent what seemed to be an automated email after claiming like in many of these messages, that they will be happy to look into your claim. They have not helped in anyway, they are hindering the process. If the money has gone to thai airways as they say, how and why does it take so long to request and process a refund, mine is now into its third week. When you haven’t seen your family for so long and your visa is running out, you can see how desperate you become. This falls on deaf ears.

Travel2be, travegenio and thai airlines continue to ignore all emails from me. It’s now been five days since I heard anything from the people who have my money.
INSTEAD OF LOOKING FOR A CHEAPER FLIGHT LIKE I DID, IT MIGHT BE BETTER TO BOOK A TICKET FROM A REAL AGENT OR GO STRAIGHT TO THE AIRLINE.
I cannot say how imperative it is to get my refund soon. They seem to have no humanity or empathy towards their customers.
Do not use them at any costs. You can see their rating on here, also travelgenio who the payment goes to. They just send an email to try and save face on here, then do nothing!
It’s now been weeks since the refund was requested and the process is still on the first stage. No other industry would ever take this long to refund customers money or be allowed to. Why is this allowed?
Do not use any of these agents. They have destroyed my dreams of getting back to my family.

Finally got a reply from an “advanced support agent”
They continue to blame the virus, also the airline, giving them 90 days to return the money,
But they remain at my disposal if I need anything else. They will take a week to reply, but that’s ok.
The email is another copy and paste job.

No refund in months.
Since October last week I have requested the refund of my trips (4 tickets from Chile to Australia). Airline said agency canceled the flights (even before I requested the refund).
It has been already 4 months and I haven't had any communication from Trasvel2be, and the status is still the same.

They are breaking the law
I bought covid refund protection for a flight to Prague in December 2021. Unfortunately I ended up catching covid and wasn't able to go on the trip. I requested a refund but they aren't replying and there's no one I can talk to. They're breaking English contract law by doing this on the grounds that
1. This is a breach of contract - they have failed to honour the terms and conditions entered into at the time of purchase
2. Misrepresentation - they have sold refund protection despite the fact that you're not able to get a refund, even if you meet their eligibility criteria
I'm considering taking legal action as I know I will win.
Avoid this travel agency at all costs.

Unreachable after company cancelation
I've booked a flight with them. After the flight company changed the dates of the flights, then airway company agreed for cancelation, but Travel2Be doesn't reply in any way, and won't give me back my money.
Please contact me for my reservation.
After you wrote me last month that you'll contact me, still you haven't contacted me and didn't give me back my refund, although the airline company approved the refund, you've just simply took my money.
Regarding your reply: No one had contacted me. In your website there is no update. You still owe me my money and it looks like you're going to take all the money. (Ethiad airways approves cancelation because of date change. You're getting the money, and just keeping it all to your self).
You took money from me and vanished.

No refund after 76+ weeks
I booked a flight from Brussels to Manila in January 2020 via Travel2Go with Thai Airways which was cancelled as I was due to travel in August 2020 during Covid peaks. I've been emailing, calling, and filling forms non stop since then, very regularly. The only and last reply I had was 76 weeks ago saying they were waiting for Thai to confirm reimbursement and I would receive something within 12 weeks. No answer since then to all my other messages. Their communication is outrageously bad and customer service non-existent.
I have sent yet another reminder and will wait 1 week before taking my lawyer's advice (we're talking 1700€ here) and going through the EU Air Passenger Rights Regulation. Ridiculous.

I have been waiting for a refund from travel2be (travelgenio) since last NOVEMBER. They are listed on multiple websites as Scammers and the authorities have already been notified and are taking action - have been told. They have repeatedly lied to me and said they have had no confirmation of the airline approving a refund so they cant refund me until its authorised. Yet read this email from my airline Qatar airways:
Dear Mr. Pharoah,
Thank you for your email.
The mentioned voucher has a refund status R which was already processed in November 2021 by our local office in the UK which implies refund was already processed back to the agent.
The agent needs to contact agency support team if they need any further assistance or verification.

I tried to change my flight on an open ticket I bought that cost about £600. I tried to do this with 25hrs before the flight. However I was informed I cannot make changes as it was less than 24hrs. This was untrue and has cost me £600. I've tried to complain and get in contact but this has been unsuccessful. I'm now out of pocket for £600 because of this company with a flight on LATAM airlines. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Impossible to speak to any representatives.

Never Ever get my refund after 2 years
I bought my flight in Feb/2020 and the flight was canceled in April/2020 due to Covid19. After almost 2 years, I still have not received a refund. In contact with Delta Airlines, the refund was made to Travelgenio in December 2020. In several calls to travel2be, no solution, and calls are dropped on purpose when there are no responses. The emails are repetitive and with messages that will contact the airline. The refund was made more than a year ago, and they do not refund the money. This company has no values and work ethic with customers. I won't give up while a government official does something to bring this company down. I will complain in all the media possible so that everyone knows that this company trabel2be and Travelgenio do not respect their customers. It is unbelievable that there are lies after lies and the amount is not refunded.

My brother's flight is on February 8, 2022 but his flight was cancelled by Saudia Airlines so what I did since im the one who booked my brother's flight was to message TRAVEL2BE thru email on January 10, 2022 which I don't know if its even working because until now they don't acknowledge my message and has no reaponse yet. If only i could turn back time i will NEVER EVER book that flight to them!!! Been trying to call them also but jo one wanted to take my calls they will put you on hold and hang up after few minutes!!! Please process the rebooking/refund of my brother's flight!!! The 06/01-22 I had to fly out of Copenhagen but half my tickets were missing. After they took my 1256€ they forgot to send the information to the Emirates, and we had to buy the same tickets again. But directly from Emirates.
So now I have asked to get my money back from a flight ticket I never received. Hope they answer within the 3 days I gave them in the mail, otherwise I see no other way than reporting them directly to the police.
After I called customer service the day we had to fly, I got through 6 times to an agent, but every time they just puts me on hold and then they hang up after 5-10 min.
After the 6th call the canceled my whole booking on the website. Under my trips.
Why???
I’ll never use Travel2be again!!!! And I’ll make sure that all the people I know, don’t use them too. This is totally scam.

Terrible, terrible company, still making excuses to not refund us due to medical reason, when we purchased the extended insurance.
I wrote them a detailed letter explaining why we should be refunded, and as always, they ignore all points and only answered with a chatbox type of response.
The fact that calls to them are usually hung up on by them, is obviously a strategy on their part ( Wikipedia, notes that their call centre hangs up). It must be bad management from the top down.
Also, the Uk site resolver, (a site that helps resolve disputes) states Travel2Be will not work with them, yet most good companies will. Again. obviously, they don't want to resolve things, but only cheat people.
Everyone needs to keep writing complaints until this company is shut down or they change their ways.
I will not stop till we get our money back.
P.S I never write bad reviews, this should tell people how bad this company is. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
